The house is all on one level, sleeps up to 8 people and has everything needed to make a comfortable & enjoyable holiday. Large open living and study area, kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bed rooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Facilities include flat screen TV, DVD, DVD/CD selection, CD/Stereo, gas heating, washing machine, microwave and BBQ.

There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, the third bedroom has a single bed and a bunk-bed, (bottom bed is a double).
Two bathrooms & 1 seperate toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils.
A high chair is also provided.

The front of the house has a deck with BBQ, outdoor setting to take in the great Culburra sunsets over the lake.

Please note that linen is not provided at the house. Duvets and pillows are on the beds, however covers for these and towels are BYO.
There is a linen hire company in Culburra available.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10.00am. Beauts at the Burra sleep 8 people in 2 queen beds, 1 double/1 single bunk bed and 1 single stand alone bed.

During peak times, we prefer a minimum of a 7 night booking.
Should you wish to go ahead with this booking, we require a security deposit of $500 to be paid to HomeAway 48 hours prior to your arrival, and will be refunded by HomeAway on your departure, less any incidental or other charges.
