Springvalley views Torquay is a spacious Holiday house with spectacular views over Spring Creek Valley , Torquay. It is within walking distance of Torquay's renowned beaches and restaurants. Recently renovated our accommodation offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms . Is is well suited for a family group. There is ducted heating. The open plan lounge/kitchen and dining has reverse cycle air conditioning. Linen is provided. Guests are requested to supply their own beach towels.

If you are looking for a property with a point of difference Alleyne54 Springvalley Views is the ideal property for your beach holiday. The lounge and large outdoor deck offer extensive views over Spring Creek valley , Torquay. The property is self contained and is accessible by Internal and external stairs.

The property is located 400 metres from Torquay's Surfworld Museum and around 1km from Torquay's renowned beaches and restaurants. There is a pleasant walk along Spring creek to the RACV golf club and the Torquay surf beach.

The upstairs section of the property has three bedrooms, one queen bedroom with ensuite a second bedroom which has two single beds and a third bedroom withThe main bathroom has a bath and shower.

Downstairs there is a large bedroom with queen bed , kitchenette / microwave and small dining table. There is a renovated ensuite bathroom. There is also a single day bed located in this bedroom. Linen is not provided for this day bed although guests who have access to downstairs are welcome to provide there own linen if they require an additional single bed. There is a television downstairs with satellite reception

The lounge has a leather corner lounge and flatscreen TV with chromecast. . There is an adjoining well equipped kitchen with wall oven microwave and dishwasher as well as a dining room seating eight . The deck at the front of the property has an outdoor setting and gas barbeque. There is a rear deck .

Parking facilities / check in instructions.

Onsite parking is available for two vehicles. The driveway is moderately steep and should be approached with some care. Access is however suitable for two wheel drive vehicles with vehicle height less than 2.1m. There is an additional street parking for one vehicle at the front of the property.

Just as we expected...lovely!

Great property with plenty of room and bathrooms. Terrific views all round and convenient location. The property had everything we wanted and we were very happy with our stay. Lots of extra things like books, games, netflix, milk in the fridge made it feel like home. Happily recommend.

Great house

Girls weekend away to see Elton John. This house was perfect. Great views and facilities. Walking distance to everything and a nice quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back with my family again.

The owners are a retired couple who live locally and have children and grandchildren in Torquay. They also spend time in Ballarat.

Why they chose this property

Springvalley Views Torquay is located in a quiet residential area in Old Torquay called the Church estate. It is located on a hill which overlooks Spring Creek and is very private and has great views across the valley and sea glimpses to the south. You can walk down Alleyne avenue and there is a track down to Spring Creek which will take you to the surf beach and Bell street cafes. You can return via the Bowmans track on the other side of the creek if you are adventurous and prepared to tackle the pallet "bridge" across the creek below the bike park.
The property is close to the Torquay clothing outlets in Baines Cresent and about a fifteen walk to Gilbert Street , ten minutes to the coles supermarket complex. There is a fish and chip shop at the top of Rocklea drive which is recommended.
Enjoy a Barbeque on front decking which is very private or enjoy the many cafes located on the Esplanade. Have a coffee and cake on the beachfront at Bomboras.
There is safe swimming for children a cosy corner and surfing at the life saving clubs at Torquay and Jan Juc. Visit Bells Beach/Southside for the more experienced . For beginners try Point Addis if the swell is adequate. This area is well worth a visit on the way to Anglesea.

The Property is well located for the Surfcoast walk which passes along the coastline from Torquay , Bells Beach, Pt Addis , Anglesea and ends in Aireys inlet.

What makes this property unique

The property has three queen bedrooms which are well separated which makes our home great for family groups. The sunsets from the front balcony can be outstanding.
