When looking for a beach-side stay, lets face it, a place with absolute beach frontage is what you search high and low for! You want to be able to see and hear and smell the sea! Well look no further! Your idyllic beach-front escape awaits!

Located in Semaphore Park, a beautiful beachside suburb of Adelaide, in between Semaphore and Grange, Semaphore Sunset offers the perfect location to relax, chill out, enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail as you watch the spectacular sunset over the ocean.

This two bedroom ground floor apartment, with the beach on your doorstep, can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. There is no road in front, just lawn, sand dunes and the beautiful beach, ensuring unrestricted, spectacular ocean vistas, stunning evening sunsets, and that much desired peace and serenity.

The living area has a full width sliding glass door, which leads directly out to the front private outdoor patio with 6 seater outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

The outdoor patio offers privacy with solid walls either side, is bordered by garden and in front of this is a large lawn area. Walk from the edge of the lawn, onto the sand dunes and the beautiful, white sandy beach awaits! The beach is a very clean and safe swimming beach.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with white porcelain tiled flooring. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, bar stools and a 6 seater dining table with stylish white leather chairs.

The comfy 5 seater white leather lounge with ottoman and large floor rug, is the perfect spot to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by. Theres a 32inch Sony LCD TV and Sony Ipod dock and DVD player as well as a book case of books and magazines. Free wi-fi is also provided.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a new comfy queen bed with walk in robe. The second bedroom now has a bunk bed with additional roll out trundle bed. A port-a-cot can be provided on request. There is a built in cupboard which has hanging and storage space.

The bathroom has a spectacular 2 person spa bath, with overhead rain shower, basin and toilet. (Please note - as the shower is above the spa bath, and there is a large step to get into the bath, this may cause difficulty for elderly people or those with limited mobility. Semaphore Sunset is ideal for couples wishing to escape for a relaxing beach getaway, to take time out to spend with each other. It is also suitable for a business stay for those seeking a self-contained, self-catering apartment that offers a relaxing place to unwind after a stressful working day.

Located in Semaphore Park, a beautiful beachside suburb of Adelaide, in between Semaphore and Grange, a 25 min walk north up the beach (or a 3km drive) will take you to the town centre of Semaphore, with a wonderful selection of cafes, shops, pubs, bars, supermarkets and a cinema. A 40 minute walk (4.5km drive) will take you to Grange, which offers a great spot for breakfast or lunch at the Jetty cafe or Grange Hotel.

2km drive to West Lakes Shopping Centre with large department stores such as David Jones and K-Mart, Coles and Woolworths supermarkets as well as a large range of speciality shops. There is also a Food Court and large cinema.

Across the road from the apartment is a great weekend fresh fruit and vegetable market shop which sources fresh produce from the Adelaide Hills. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

20 minute drive to the city centre of Adelaide. The city centre is also easily accessed by public transport, either via bus from the bus stop on the doorstep from Military Road or via train from nearby Glanville or Ethelton stations.

Semaphore Sunset is an ideal place for a base to explore the city of Adelaide and the surrounding regions. South Australia's premium wine regions including the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, Mclaren Vale and Langhorne Creek are all within easy access and make an easy day trip. The Barossa Valley is only a 50 minute drive north, Mclaren Vale an hours drive south and the Adelaide Hills less than an hours drive away.

Facilities

Semaphore Sunset has been furnished with new, quality furniture. Total inside space is approx 79.64 square meters, plus outdoor patio approx 20 square meters. Semaphore Sunset is a ground floor apartment located within a three storey building with 18 apartments in total. Solid brick construction ensures privacy and minimal noise between the apartments. There are no steps or stairs to get into the apartment and no stairs inside (except for large step to get into spa bath/shower)

CHILDREN POLICY
Infants and children must be declared when making the booking and are charged at extra person rate @ $50/night. The single bed and cot can be made available in the second bedroom for children. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that children are adequately and appropriately supervised both inside and outside of the apartment at all times during the stay to ensure the child's personal safety and proper care of the property.

PETS
Pets are not permitted by the Strata Corporation; therefore Guests are strictly NOT permitted to bring their pets to stay inside the apartment, on the outside patio or anywhere on the gardens/grounds.

NO PARTY POLICY
Semaphore Sunset is a privately owned property. When an accommodation booking is made, the use of the apartment, outdoor patio, gardens and grounds is for the number of booked and paying guests ONLY. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Parties, functions, celebrations and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Great beachfront unit
We spend 5 relaxing nights at Semaphore Park. It’s equipped with everything you might need. We loved the spa bath, courtyard and of course having the beach right outside. Tina replied quickly to queries, and provided great advice on Adelaide and the Barossa.

Tennis Stay
I can’t recommend this property enough, convenient 5 min walk to the tennis club for my son to play the tournament & the beach out the back door. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials & comforts you’ll need. Tina was extremely professional & so easy to deal with.
