Holiday house right on Mollymook beach

Wake up to the vast panorama of the Pacific Ocean outside your bedroom window. Open the front door and start your day with a gentle stroll along the beautiful Mollymook beach.

Back at the house, a choice of three decks awaits you, allowing you to choose just the right setting for planning your days' activities, stretch out to the sound of the surf and warmth of the sun, or just laze around and do nothing.

The house is a two story brick residence, in a large garden setting located on Beach Road at the northern end of Mollymook Beach. The upstairs floor has two large bedrooms, - a master bedroom, with magnificent ocean views, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room, dining room and well fitted out kitchen. Front and back verandas extend off these living rooms. Downstairs is a large family room with double bed, kitchenette, and living area, and a second children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds.

If guests would like all linen to be provided and beds made up before your arrival, please contact our local linen service "Seabreeze Linen Hire" in Ulludulla. This service is not included in the booking fee.

Alternatively, guests will need to bring their own linen. The bedding arrangement is 1 x queen, 1 x double, 2 x single and 4 x single bunks. Beds all have doonas with doona covers that are to be left on when departing. Please bring your own flat sheets (2) and pillow cases (2) for each bed. Please also bring bath towels, mat and tea towels.

Fabulous stay in the perfect location
Loved staying at this well appointed house opposite the northern end of beautiful Mollymook beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Eight of us had a wonderfully relaxing time, which included dinner at Rick Steins, just a short walk away. Fabulous!

Perfect beach house
We loved this relaxed open plan house with a fabulous view of beach and ocean plus space for everyone to relax and enjoy…great location close to Mollymook shops opposite northern end of beach. Perfect place for us to unwind after a family wedding!

Holiday at Mollymook
The house was just what we wanted, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, the veranda both front and back were large and well used. If there was any criticism it was the building site next door and the noise at times. Maybe a blind would have been nice on the dinning room and lounge. I think during summer it would get quite hot in these rooms.

The house is located in a growing local community where quality city lifestyles, a wide choice of entertainment, and easy access to the natural environment, including the rugged Morton National Park, can be enjoyed.

What makes this property unique

To blend our two goals of natural and contemporary life style, a wild native garden has been installed, extending the local beach side vegetation through the block, to provide a wild life corridor along the back of Beach road properties to link up with the nature reserve on Bannister Head.

The house is simple, but flexible, easily enabling inside-out living for summer and winter, with broad open spaces and smaller enclosed rooms for personal privacy.
