This stylish double or twin-bedded, first and second floor apartment has a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom and a balcony leading from the lounge with lovely views of the surrounding area. It is ideal for a city break or as a touring base for exploring the South Devon region and Cornwall. Plymouth, being situated on the coast and near to the Dartmoor National Park as well as being on the border to Cornwall, provides an excellent base for walking, riding, sailing, canoeing, fishing, cycling, diving, golfing, bird watching, windsurfing, surfing and shopping. Attractions include Plymouth Hoe, the award winning Royal William Yard, Theatre Royal, the Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium, and numerous restaurants and galleries. Ideally situated for travelling around Plymouth

A very convenient, comfortable flat. It had everything we needed and there were plenty of buses into Plymouth so we never had to take the car. Parking in the allocated space was a bit tricky unless you have a very small car but there is parking just round the corner

Most impressed.Very clean, tidy with everything you needed to make an enjoyable stay.

On arrival to the property we were very pleased to have our own, off street parking space. We were greeted by Lee who kindly showed us around the appartment and told us how to get to various places of interest. The appartment was of a very high standard indeed. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Tea,coffee, sugar and milk were there for us to use, Thank you very much, which was very nice after such a long journey. . It was very nice to have a lovely view of Plymouth from our balcony doors . Bedroom and beds were very comfortable indeed , nice and airy. Shower very good with lots of hot water. Was useful to have a car to travel about in as not many eating places or things to do within short walking distance from Appartment. However this would not stop me from revisiting or telling all our friends how good and nice the appartment was . Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

very clean, comfortable, everything you need

Really nice clean apartment. Everything in there that you need. All linen was spotless and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in (including my own!!)

Bedroom nice and dark and quite so slept really well also.

Would stay here again, owner very friendly and easy to approach.

Leaflets provided so you can plan some outings and know where to eat out.

Apartment fairly central to places to visit, and as our weather was not always good we found enough places to visit 'inside' on the days we needed to. The Plymouth Life Centre is amazing and a must to visit. Lots to do and not far away.

When parking car in drive best to reverse in as safer to exit later. Lovely apartment, we stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every day.

A Quiet Retreat in a Busy Town.

The apartment is a well built and beautifully finished addition to what is a grand looking house.

The place was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing. The owner even had milk, tea and coffee ready for us when we got there. Free wi-fi and immaculately clean.

There is off road parking as well which is a bit of a luxury in Plymouth.

We will be using this place again in our efforts to find a house of own in this area.

Perfect for what we wanted

We needed a place close to Plymouth Life Centre as my child was competing in a competition there. This flat is less than 10 minutes away and easy to get to and from the centre. The flat is just to the side of the main house in the picture. It is self contained. You go in the flat then turn right up some stairs (about 12 steps) where the kitchen/diner and shower/toilet are on first floor and then another 8-10 steps to the bedroom. The bedroom is large and has two twin beds that fit together or can be apart. There is plenty of wardrobe space and cupboard/mirror. Beds are comfortable. At the floor below is kitchen/diner that has balcony that looks over Plymouth. All mod cons are provided. Lee very good and provided some milk, tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. Smart TV is good and internet very fast in all parts of flat. Space for parking outside but be aware road is narrow so have to reserve into parking space so can get out easily. We had a lovely stay and Lee was always helpful and informative. We have been there twice now and would go again. One bedroom so perfect for visiting Plymouth.
