About this property

This luxurious Lake View Delight Condo offers the best location possible for visiting the Parks or attending the convention center next door and it is just steps from the pool and clubhouse.

Situated on the 2rd floor with panoramic views over Lake Cay and a large furnished patio looking across the lake to Seaworld.

Our open plan living room has a comfortable new seating area, 60" HDTV, DVD and sound system and leads out to a large furnished balcony. No Carpet. All New Hard Floors Throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching hawks and eagles fishing for their breakfast.

The full size kitchen has beautiful granite worktops and everything you might need to whip up a snack or a feast and the kitchen has a handy breakfast bar which opens onto the living area. There is also a separate dining room which doubles as a conference table.

All 3 bedrooms offer very comfortable mattresses (the master has a brand new $3500 hybrid mattress!) and quality linens, large flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have large walk in showers and the master also has a huge garden tub.

A separate laundry room with washer & dryer means you can pack light and take advantage of bargains at the nearby Malls.

The condo's building is serviced by two elevators plus there is ample onsite parking. A few minutes walk from the condo you will find a large supermarket, drugstore, shops and casual restaurants.
Within our fully air conditioned club house there is a movie theatre, gym and games room.
A heated resort pool is surrounded by a multilevel deck, kids splash pool, Jacuzzi tub and Tiki Bar. Children will enjoy a playground and an All Sport Court for tennis, basketball, etc. If you are here on business we have a well equipped meeting room for 12 or for up to 50 for events (please enquire for details and pricing)
If you prefer a peaceful stroll or early morning jog, we have 1.5 mile lakeside path.

Lin & Geoff are based on-site and always available if you should need them.

Excellent accommodation with everything we could have posdiy wanted, even the amazing view of the alligator in the lake. The location was ideal too. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful spacious apartment

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lin’s apartment. It was so spacious, clean and had everything we wanted including a beautiful view of the lake ........where we saw an alligator as well as the SeaWorld fireworks! The swimming pool was also great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we visit Orlando in the future. Lin was also really helpful in sorting a cake, flowers and balloons for my daughter who celebrated her 18th the day after our arrival!

Great location but…

Overall the property was as expected with the exception of construction noise at an adjacent property. Aside from the noise, everything was perfect! This is a great unit for families. Walking distance to the conventions center and a short drive to most of the parks. We will be back!
