If you are looking for a great adventure with all of life's modern conveniences, you can't do better than staying at Whispering Pines. Regardless of the weather or the time of year, you can have the experience of camping in the woods without the hassles of bad weather, keeping a fire lit or using a drafty latrine. All three cabins. 100 ft apart, sleep 4 adults, bathroom with shower, has a full kitchenette, dining table and living room. Bedding included for all, heater in each room with thermostat control and two car parking for each cabin.

A nice retreat

This is our 2nd year at the cabin and have enjoyed it each time! We spend weeks hunting in northeast MT and find this place a nice place to rest for a few days, enjoy the scenery and attractions, before heading back to the hunt and eventually making our way back to WI. Norm is pleasant and responds to messages very quickly! It’s so nice to have a kitchen, and you can’t get over the view every morning. It is so close to a number of restaurants and coffee shops, and a quick 50 min drive to Glacier National Park (which we finally made it to, TWICE this visit)

Amazing and peaceful

A wonderfully adorable cabin with a view that looks far out over the lake. Perfectly supplied, very clean, and homey. We were lucky enough one night to step out onto the deck and see the aurora borealis faintly in the skies above. The host was responsive when we had questions and there were no issues at all.

The owner is a Fishing Charter Captain on Flathead Lake and knows the local area and is a wealth of information. He can answer your questions about Flathead Lake, Glacier National Park and anything you want to know about northwest Montana.

Our cabins were built in the summer of 2016 and you'll have all the comforts of home while sleeping in the woods. We have a beautiful view of Flathead Lake and being located a couple miles from Lakeside, MT you have access to restaurants, groceries, taverns and more.

What makes this property unique

Lounge on the front porch or take a walk through the woods before you visit Flathead Lake to fish, swim or rent watercraft for your own adventure. In winter, you are a short drive to Blacktail Mountain Ski Area.
