Not much more to say than that! 2 blocks over from a gorgeous beach. Top notch accommodation and a great host. Everything that you could need for a great beach holiday was there. Cheers, Misty!

Wonderful location, beautful property, peaceful surroundings - what else does one want?

Daniel and Stephanie's property is a must for those who want a home from home (although I wish my home was as gorgeous) in which to enjoy Clearwater and its surrounding areas. With lots of space, generously stocked, extremely comfortable beds, relaxing sitting areas, and a roof terrace with amazing views, it provides a place to collect your thoughts and ready your self to enjoy the amenities provided. The property includes a shared pool which we found never too busy, bikes to use (which is recommended to explore Clearwater Beach), and everything you need to enjoy a day at the Beach (including a beach trolley to haul everything there and back). You have access to the Boat moorings too from which I hope you get the luck and opportunity to observe passing Manatees (a real treat).The property is close to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer but we would thoroughly recommend The Bait House and The Shipwreck which we spent probably far too much time at! We stayed 2 weeks and didn't hire a car; as the property is close to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer we didn't feel it was necessary. We used the bikes to explore Clearwater itself and Dunedin which was close by. If you want to go further then a car would be necessary. We have stayed in accommodation all over the world and would rate Daniel and Stephanie's home as close to the best we have stayed in. They are attentive, responsive, and clearly take care of the property and those residing in it. Highly recommended.

Lovely Clearwater Beach Respite

We loved this Lovely townhome. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Super impressed with the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts. Close to the beach and restaurants and bike trails. A top-notch experience.

Great place!

We loved this place. Probably one of the most comfortable homes we have rented in the last 10 years. It had everything we needed plus some extra nice touches. Great location. Quite street. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The property manager was fantastic. We will definetly rent again next time we are in Clearwater.

When we are sailing in the Bahamas/Caribbean, we offer our townhome for rent so others can enjoy the same amenities that we do.
