contemporary interiors.
Very bright space of 40 sqm composed of 2 levels:
- Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining area
- Floor: loft bedroom on living room and shower room with WC

Ideally located: very quiet 500 meters from the village center and close to shops while overlooking a road which provides access to the countryside and surrounding vineyards.

Lovely apartment on the edge of the village.

My wife and I (along with our Border Collie) stayed in this modern, comfortable and well appointed apartment for five nights, whilst visiting the local wine region. Denis was very attentive before our arrival, responding quickly to our questions and request to stay, and very welcoming the day we arrived. The location was ideally suited to us, allowing us instant access to countryside walks with our dog and only a twenty minute stroll to all the restaurants, bars and facilities of the centre of Nuits-Saint-Georges. We were able to relax in comfort at the apartment or use it as a perfect base to explore the regions exceptional wines. We would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to book it again, thanks for a great stay Denis!

Great stay in superb gite with stylish design

A fantastic stay in a beautifully designed apartment. The location was perfect -on the Grand Cru route at the edge of Nuits-Saint-Georges with great countryside behind it. The owner Denis was very helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
