The villa stands on a large 1050m2 plot in a quiet residential area sited on a plateau just about the town of Jávea and can comfortably accommodate eight adults.
Two En-Suite Double Bedrooms with walk-in showers. One room also has an additional bath as well as a shower.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has independent, remote-controlled air conditioning installed - essential in the very hot summer months if you want to get a good nights sleep
For the winter months, the villa is gas centrally-heated throughout
There is a sofa bed in the main lounge area which can sleep one adult or 2 two small children, with a travel cot for baby up to 2 years. Two fold-away camp beds can be placed anywhere providing beds for a further 2 adults.

Airports & Car Hire: The villa is just over one hours drive from Alicante airport to the south or an hour and a quarter from Valencia airport to the north. Both of these airports are served by low cost airlines such as Jet2, BMI Baby, EasyJet, Monarch and RyanAir flying from many locations in the UK. Whilst there is an abundance of reasonably priced taxis available, a car is realistically essential if you want to make the most of your stay. Car hire can be arranged in advance and the vehicle collected from the airport at either Alicante or Valencia. There are numerous, high quality car hire firms in the region and this has led to a highly competitive market.
If you don’t wish to drive to/from the airport, we can arrange to have you collected and returned to the airport for a fee - please request a quotation. Should you wish, you can then arrange your car hire locally in Jávea.
Javea & the Surrounding Area: Jávea is a select, attractive, upmarket villa resort. It has mainly privately owned villas with colourful, mature gardens in quiet residential areas or in secluded countryside at the foot of the Montgo mountain. The old town centre, with its cobbled streets, charming indoor market, fishing harbour and Riviera style yachting marina, is next to the long, white, sandy Playa Arenal, fringed with its long promenade of excellent bars and restaurants. The coastline here is blessed with an intriguing array of inlets, bays and coves, which are well worth exploring. The bay of Porticholl is ideal for the sub-aqua enthusiast and is home to the local diving school. Granadella beach (about 5 mins away) with its small pebbled beach and fish restaurant is a haven for avid sun worshippers and the keen snorkeler. All other water sports are also catered for locally. The wealth of excellent restaurants, sporting facilities, safe beaches and clear seas ensure Jávea's continuing popularity with all ages.

Lovely villa, with plenty of space. Restuarants within a five minute walk or the town of Javea just a five minute ride away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the summer, with our three children, aged 20, 17 and 13. Very relaxing with B.B.Q's around the pool. Or busier going into Javea or surrounding towns. Would recommend.

What a fantastic place to stay! My family (inc 3 kids) have stayed at this villa twice now and cant wait to return next year! Lovely location with everything you could need and only 5 minutes from a lovely beach and lots of great bars/restaurants. I would recommend this property to all!!

Belle maison dan un quartier calme, un peu loin de la plage mais la piscine est formidable.Michael est très sympathique et s'occuper à merveille de ses locataires.
Quelques belles promenades à faire et de bons restaurants à proximité, dont un super italien "lungo mare" sur la plage de l'Arenal.
Nous y retournerons si nous pouvons, enfants et parents sont enchantés.
Great family holiday
We have had two fantastic family holidays here, our last being July 2007. The property was of a very high standard and well maintained. There is three excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and two local bars.
Places of interest, Denia, Calpe and if you like the theme parks a visit to Terra Mitica is a must.
We will most certainly be returning to this villa in the near future and would recommend.
Stunning Javea Villa
My family (3 adults + 1 child) had the good fortune of renting this villa last August (2007).
The property is of a first class standard with personal attention to detail throughout. Thoroughly pristine and airy with the added bonus of air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was a must in the heat. The swimming pool was above average in size, regularly cleaned, and an absolute treat to relax by whether in the daytime or in the evening with the pool lights aluminated. It is fully furnished to a very high standard, both inside and out, with sun loungers, outside table and chairs and seating inside easily accommodating the amount of people that the 4 very spacious bedrooms take.
The location is superb being in a quiet area with other villas. A short drive takes you to the Arenal which in itself is beautiful. The area of Javea is certainly one of a cosmopolitan feel, extremely clean with friendly local people and a beach that is beautiful. The villa is also a few minutes walk to a very friendly Clubhouse/Bar (Shila's). Here you can play tennis, pitch and putt or just sit outside and relax with hot bar food served daily by extremely friendly staff. Next door to the clubhouse is a restaurant that is of first class standards and one that now commands pre-booking. You have a small supermarket within walking distance and 2 other restaurants, one being an Italian or one of mixed foods. Therefore, this villa really is in a great location.
The owners of this villa certainly pride themselves on attention to detail and the service both before, during, and after your holiday is of a 5 star service.
Our family regularly visits Javea, always renting a villa. Myself and my parents can honestly say that after renting through Villa Companies and other privately owned ones in this area, that this villa is certainly heads above the rest and without a doubt we would have no hesitation is recommending. We shall certainly be back!
Activity and Interests
Javea is divided into three distinct sections, all quite different. There's the old town - the original Javea, set back from the coast and the place to visit if you're interested in Spanish history and culture. Here you'll find charming, narrow streets, shopkeepers speaking the local language 'Valenciano' and a truly Spanish feel to the place. There's a big market in the Plaza on Thursday.
The port area is still a working fishing port and a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fishing vessels, luxury yachts and seafront bars and cafes.
The Arenal Beach attracts the vast majority of holidaymakers - a beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach with a promenade lined with bars, cafes, restaurants, gift shops and ice-cream parlours.
Javea is relatively quiet for most of the year - until the months of July and August when the Arenal area turns into a 24-hour playground. This villa accommodation is at a 'safe' distance where famillies can relax in peace and quiet.

- The villa can cope with eight adults in total comfort. However, there is a good quality fold-up bed suitable for an adult and a double sofa bed for an adult/2 young children. There is a travel cot for a baby/ small toddler. You will enjoy a very good nights sleep when you stay here. There are two king-size double bedrooms which have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, whilst there is a self-contained shower room shared between the two remaining twin rooms. All of the beds (there are two king-size doubles and four single beds in total) are quality British beds. Each bedroom has remote controlled air conditioning, to help you keep cool after a long hot day in the sun. Many of you, me included, will find this absolutely essential if you are to enjoy a good nights sleep in the very hot summer months. There is also central heating throughout for the colder months. Each bedroom contains fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.
