Set up for togetherness or privacy with plenty of comfortable furniture/beds. 2500 sq ft, plus patio living space to enjoy Augusta’s fantastic weather. Start the day with a lovely sunrise on the brick patio, birds chirping, in the shade of a giant oak. Happy, quiet home set up to make your stay carefree since we fully stock the place for the duration of your trip!

Plentiful, comfortable furniture includes fresh bedding, lots of pillows, quality linens. High speed internet, Wi-Fi TV (100 local channels). Unusually well-stocked kitchen/pantry, cookware, dishes for 10+ guests. Coffees, tea, set ups and paper products, enough for your entire stay. Games, puzzles, videos, books, magazines and Augusta info.
All age guest accommodations: Pack n Play/2 strollers, kid games/book, ramp entrance, wide doorways, shower bars in Master, shower bench upon request.

Spacious front/back yards are child/pet friendly, with a full fence in back.

4 bedroom, 3 bath sleeps 10 in real beds. 3 BR/BA down, 1 BR/BA upstairs (see details). Note: 2nd floor bath is tub only, with European style spray attachment.

Home Away From Home

Another great stay here. Our daughter lives in Augusta so we travel regularly to the area. We enjoy staying in this home because it is very comfortable, has plenty of room for our family and a very peaceful backyard that is fenced so we can sit outside and visit. The home is also very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay Again

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. House is very comfortable, pretty and clean. Great fenced in backyard. Nice sitting area outside to relax. Beth is such a nice host. And welcomed us with several little snacks and treats. We will be back.

Our home is located in the very best historic neighborhood in Augusta. It's quiet, beautiful, and comfortable. Lovely gardens and large front and fenced in back yard. Nice, comfortable furnishings. A home away from home that does not feel like a rental. Lots of supplies included: extra paper products, personal care items, laundry detergent and more.
