El Eden, located 350m from the beach, is a big complex, ideal for your beach holidays. Relax in the 5 swimming pools: 1 heated indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools for kids and 3 for adults and 1 Jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN FROM 1º OCTOBER TILL END MAY. OUTSIDE POOLS OPEN 1º JUNE TILL 30 SEPT. Enjoy a barbecue with all your family al fresco. Play tennis and paddle tennis. In winter, relax in the sauna, heated pool or visit the gym. There is also a playground with swings for your children.

Each of the FOUR apartments has a big living room, with sofa, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and eating area for 6 people. Each has 3 bedrooms: main bedroom with double bed, two further bedrooms each with two single beds. There is a large terrace with table and chairs for six people, a sea- view and panoramic views of the mountains.There are two bathrooms --one with bathtub, the other with shower. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and utility area with washing machine.

Set in a coastal plain against a dramatic mountainous backdrop and a superb golden sandy beach, Gandia has a rich cultural heritage in addition to a host of retail outlets, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The town´s historical inheritance including the Ducal Palace, dates back to the XV century, to Juan de Borja, the second Duke of Gandia. The resort enjoys 5 kilometers of spacious beaches, ideal for family holidays and well served by many amenities. Gandia also has a picturesque port ('Grao') where tourists can frequent fine seafood restaurants and stroll around the marina. Gandia´s typically Mediterranean climate provides the ideal climate to enjoy all the local ambience.

El Eden Resort is located at 400 m to the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays. Relax yourself in the 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 5 kids and adults, 2 Jacuzzi. HEATED POOL CLOSED IN SUMMER, OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT TO APRIL. Make a barbecue with all your family al fresco. Play tennis and paddle, and after that, go to the sauna for a break. In winter, relax your bodies in the sauna, heated pool or go to the gym that El Eden has for their customers. There is also playground with swings for your children.

TV, SATELLITE CHANNELS, and also WI-FI FREE of charge. Dinning area for 6 people.

Cet appartement est de grande beauté 3 chambres deux salles de bains Une terrasse, tout fonctionnel machine à laver lave vaisselle , un vrai bonheur ! , piscines intérieures et extérieures dans La résidence , a 5mn à pied de la mer , je Et reviendrais sans hésiter ! Propriétaire fort gentil qui parle le français ;)

Estuvimos en el puente del Pilar mis padres, mi mascota y yo. Todo limpio, en orden y con todo lo necesario para que estuvieras como en casa. No faltaba nada. Las instalaciones muy bien y los alrededores muy tranquilos. Los propietarios muy amables. Sin duda, si volvemos por esa zona repetiremos

tres tres bel appartement et residence

Nous avions louer l'appartement 9/3 le même appartement que sur la photo mais en rouge. L'annonce correspond exactement au descriptif, il est donc très beau, très confortable , très bien équipé et très propres. La piscine intérieur est bien chauffé (n'oubliez pas vos bonnets de bain car ils sont obligatoire). La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentil, il nous donné plein d'informations pour que notre séjour soit super. La plage qui se trouve a environ 10 minutes a pied est vraiment immense et très propre, nous avons adoré.

Splendida soluzione per le vacanze

Posso confermare che l'appartamento Eden 9 e' veramente bello, arioso, e pratico. E' equipaggiato di ogni cosa necessaria ad una

piu' che buona vacanza. Le foto riportate dal sito sono veritiere e grazie

anche alla possibilita' di usufruire del barbeque condominiale, delle piscine, dei campi di tennis e badminton posso dire che la nostra vacanza e' stata veramente speciale.

Anche la collocazione del residence e' veramente fortunata in quanto

consente di raggiungere la spiaggia in 15' a piedi ;e' decentrata e quindi tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo il centro e' raggiungibile in 10'

d'auto.

Abbiamo potuto anche consumare le nostre cene sul terrazzo ammirando il bel panorama delle montagne sulle sfondo, il mare e

un tramonto impareggiabile.

Mi sento di consigliare di cuore tale soluzione a chi volesse visitare

la bella cittadina di Gandia.

vacaciones estupendas

acabamos de llegar de una estancia de una semana en este apartamento y venimos muy contentos, las fotos reflejan el apartamento tal cual es, pudimos disfrutar de todas las comodidades de la urbanización y nos encontramos muy comodos, es una zona muy tranquila de Gandia, pero en coche llegas al centro en 5 minutos,la playa genial en esta fecha, ya que no había mucha gente.seguro que repetimos!!!

This is the unique and biggest Resort in Gandia. The property is perfectly equipped and it´s new. Doors lacquered in white colours and furnished in a nice design. A nice place to enjoy with the family

Gandia beach is the popular part of Valencia with a beautiful sandy beach, port and yacht club. It´s a place with a warm climate even in winter time.

The beach has a length of 3 km, connected with a beautiful promenade ideal for walking and cycling.

Activities during your stay in Gandia are: sunbathing, walking, surfing, swimming, eating good Mediterranean food and relaxing. There is also good night life if you look for it.

Gandia town has excellent shopping facilities, historical city centre with a large cathedral. It is connected to the beach with a bus service each 15 minutes early morning until late evening all the year round. There is connection to Valencia city by train from the rail Station. In Valencia, you can enjoy the most modern Art and Science Museum of Europe, so like the Sceneografic, where you can enjoy all the kind of fishes of the world You are just 60 minutes from the Alicante Airport and 60 minutes from the Valencia Airport
