everything was good except for the cleanliness . We were told about bringing towels and bed linen , did not expect that there was no detergent in the kitchen

after paying a cleaning fee, We checked in at a later time than expected.. we arrived to an absolute BOMB. The house was so messy and dirty, we were asked to then leave the property so they could clean it? an excuse was made that they were out of cleaning supplies. riiighhht. NO decent working kettle, cookware or internet. One of the beds was also broken so the couch was slept on. i would not recommend this property. Only good thing was the view.

Great Location but...

Property was not well cleaned. Bench tops in kitchen and the bathrooms showed signs of no cleaning or a very superficial one. Kitchen cupboards untidy. Broken elements in the fridge. There are dirty or unused items in the garage. No dustpan provided. It took two attempts by us to get the remote to the garage door operating and a request to the out of hours number of the managing agent took quite a while to respond.

Beautiful view. Crystal from Burdett Real Estate was very helpful and friendly. Also Kylie from Blissful bedding was great to deal with. On the down side when we arrived the garage door would not work. Promptly fixed for us (thank you). In the lounge room and kitchen the down lights need to be replaced as about 4 do not work. The floor lamp also needs to have a globe replaced. There is also mold in the main bedroom cupboard. Saying this we would come back.
