Good location in Batemans Bay

Had a little difficulty finding the apartment as the directions were not too clear. Apartment has everything you need for your holiday, and is well placed to access Batemans Bay. We did have to wash our bedding on arrival as one of the duvet covers had stains on, and the single bed looked as though the sheets hadn't been changed from the last guests. Apart from that the bathroom and toilet were very clean, a wonderful shower and an efficient washing machine and dishwasher. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the birds, and there is quick access to the seafront to watch the Pelicans. Great location and would recommend to others.

Lovely place

We had a lovely time staying in this accomodation. It is clean, closer to the shops and beach. The view from the family room balcany is very nice Many friendly neighbours around to have a friendly chat. The hosts were very resposive. We will recomend this place for a nice holiday.

Good location but needs a spring clean and revamp

Property is very old and dated. Furniture is very dated and place needs a good clean out and clean! Remote for garage is attached to a filthy soft toy. Not necessary to keep old dvds, games with half the pieces missing and a compendium dated back to 2019. Having plastic covering under bedsheet was weird and uncomfortable. With a bit of effort and removing a lot of the crap in there, decent towels and sheets this could be a great holiday rental.
