Avalon Beach Break is an air-conditioned comfortable one bedroom getaway ideally suited for a couple who really want to spoil themselves close to the beach. We aim to provide a holiday of the highest quality that exceeds our guests expectations!

Avalon Beach Break is a self contained, large one bedroom townhouse/apartment style accommodation that has been renovated in 2021 & fitted out with the highest quality furniture & fixtures. It is very private in a beautiful setting just 7 houses back from the beach.

It features one large bedroom with a walk in robe, a light filled living area & fully equipped kitchen & beautiful bathroom.

The property also has queen size latex sofa bed as well so we can accommodate up to 4 people. We have a travel cot, high chair & stroller if needed

All you have to do is arrive & make yourselves at home, relax & enjoy your stay.

Great location

Great place to stay within walking distance of the beach as well as Avalon village. David was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having Netflix would have been a bonus but we managed to live without it!!
