Recent news: one of the recent tenants caught a 5 foot tarpon right off of our dock. There are loads of other fish and manatees can be seen at times. There are lots of catfish off the dock also (great for the kids to catch). Recently there have been white rays in the canal too.

This beautiful home is in S/W Cape Coral in the most desirable Pelican neighborhood. It is perfect for couples, families and business travelers who want a peaceful, safe neighborhood right on the water. For the fishermen there is great fishing off of your own dock. It has a fish attractant light that makes night fishing a challenge seeing all of the large fish and then trying to catch them. If you have your own boat or rent one locally, you can leave it right outside your door on your dock lift.

The home is equipped with solar panels to heat the pool, but a back-up electric pool heat pump can raise and maintain the temperature to the high 80's every day, including cloudy and unusually cool days. By keeping the solar panels feeding the pool heater and the use of the pool cover at night electricity usage is at a minimum.

The home is close to downtown Cape Coral and to some of the finest beaches in S/W Florida. It is a great place to relax by the heated pool or to head out to the beaches or boating to the Gulf. It is in a great area of Florida with something for everyone.

The home is fully equipped with anything you might need for an enjoyable vacation or lengthy stay. It has a Playstation 3 with 50 of the top games. It has a king-sized bed in the Master bedroom that has it's own sliding door directly out into the lanai and pool area.

There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed that has a direct view of the water and the dock.

There is a 3rd bedroom that has two twin beds for the children or adults.

There is a 4th bedroom that has a queen sized bed and plenty of dresser storage.

There is a large breakfast bar between the living room and the kitchen that allows the cook to interact with those in the living room and to see and observe the water and the pool area.

The living room has two new leather full size reclining sofas, a 55" HDTV, a PS3 with 50 games and access right out to the pool, outside dining and lanai.

There is a formal dining room for those who want to dine more formally.

There is an office for those that need to do a little work while on vacation. It includes a scanner/copier/printer and an area separate from everyone else in order to get some work done if you need to.

There are local handymen, cleaners and service people on retainer should there be any unexpected problems.
