Upstairs has an open plan living, dining and lounge. Fantastic views from the lounge room which also has flat screen television and DVD. The kitchen is modern and includes dishwasher and microwave. On this level there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, and bedroom two and three have a set of bunks.

Downstairs there is a queen size bed in bedroom four. There is also a rumpus room downstairs which is great for the children. Garage can accommodate two small cars, although there is room for another car near the entry to the house.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
