Set on a huge block with ample parking plus double tandem lockup garage. You can tie your boat up to the house at high tide with a fully serviced boat launch ramp 200m away for low tide. The property is not fully fenced as it has a 70m high tide boundary. The large entertaining deck has a gas BBQ, dining setting and lounges; with a locking pool gate to contain children and pets. There are mangos, grapes, and mulberries growing, free to pick in season.
