THE LOCATION
Sunset Beach is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing family vacation! In addition to its main attraction, the beautiful beach, Sunset Beach is proud to be the official stop on the North Carolina Birding Trail. There are plenty of areas for bird lovers to view the different species, including the pier. And if a game of golf is a must during your vacation, you will have your choice of three signature golf courses. The house has beautiful views of the intercostal and is only a short walk to the beach access.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor includes a den, wet bar, and pool table. The elevator goes to all levels! All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $80 per night with a 3 night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay.
Pets are not permitted at this property
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30
Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property
Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Off season family vacation

The place was beautiful and great for a large family vacation. Views were excellent. Property management communications were speedy and helpful. When we arrived the cleaning could have been better. We cleaned ourselves and the manager reimbursed us for our troubles. Will stay here again.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The house was perfect! The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for all meals that we cooked! The ice maker was a great help for our week! Would highly recommend!

Not what was expected

We were disappointed upon our arrival. With the current pandemic, the house should have been spotless and sanitized. The main living area was anything but clean. Finger prints on all the sliding glass doors, fingerprints on the microwave , stove and refrigerator! I complained to our contact person and nothing was done or said. We cleaned the appliances ourselves! There was no welcoming letter with instructions or information on how to work things or where things were located. The only note we received was a note telling us the towels were in the dryer. The house supposedly came with beach chairs but we never found them. If they were stored in the garage area, it was locked and we did not have a key. The TV at the outdoor bar did not work, nor did the small frig at the bar. None of the balconies were screened in and when it rained, it rained from the top balcony straight down to the out door bar, so we couldn’t sit outside even though it rained. Last year we stayed at a home on 6th street that I found through Virbo. . It was perfect. It was homey and welcoming. It was exactly as advertised and more. We didn’t return to that home because we needed something bigger this trip. We will not be returning to this property again.
