This home occupies THE PREMIER position in Port Geographe with 270' views,
35m waterfront and unsurpassed views from every room.

A truly special location that will provide you with a special and memorable getaway.

Whether you wish to relax with a glass of chardonnay while watching the dolphins swim, throw a crab net over or grab a line all from your back yard. We also have our very own 10mtr private jetty, so feel free to bring your boat and moar on our jetty, or bringyour kayak and go for a paddle.

The Home

This luxury home has been elegantly fitted out. Sleeps six with three comfortable queen size beds. The main room includes an ensuite with spa. Step out from the Juliette Balcony. The other bathroom includes a double shower.

The chefs kitchen with stone benchtops opens up to the alfresco courtesy of bifold windows. Adjoining this is the dining room which also opens into the alfresco allowing a very spacious entertaining area both inside and out.

Come sit in the lounge room to enjoy the jetmaster fireplace, or put your feet up and enjoy the plasma tv.

It goes without saying that there is reverse cycle airconditioning for your comfort.

The Local Area

Just a short stroll down the street you can enjoy a park with kids beach.

Further down is the marina with sunset cruises, boats, yachts to hire or scuba diving facilities.

There is also an excellent local pub "The Tides" with delicious food in their restaurant.

Best known for its iconic 2 km long jetty and calm turquoise bays, Busselton has a relaxed atmosphere and is a popular place for a family holiday.

You can always go to the Underwater Observatory at the jetty's end where you can be up close to colourful fish and tropical coral.

There are 30kms of immaculate beaches and crystal clear water. Try your hand at fishing, water ski-ing, snorkelling, scuba diving, windsurfing or sailing in the calm waters.

There is a beachfront fun park where the kids can enjoy the waterslides, flying fox, carousel or racing cars.

Busselton is a great base to explore the Margaret River Wine Region with its gourmet foods, wines, and arts.

You can book a half day tour or full day - for canoeing, caving and camel rides.

Amazing getaway

Fantastic property, the location mixed with sunset and dolphins swimming in the harbour makes for an incredible experience. Donna was a brilliant host going out of her way to assist with any request we had. Would not pause for a second to recommend staying here.

Great Location

Great location and place to get away from it all. Lovely to watch the sun go down over Geographe bay. Fishing from the boat jetty was a highlight. Comfortable house with good facilities. Maybe a few sun loungers on the patio would be a nice addition. Ideal base to explore south west WA.

Amazing location

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll continue to come back. We love it! The house has everything you need - bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, toys and games for kids… The view is AMAZING! Dolphins, fish, birds… Just stunning. Thanks for having us Dolphin House!

Why they chose this property

My husband proposed to me at the apartments opposite, on the private jetty with the moonlight shining in the bay, and the dolphins singing as they swam by. The following week we were offered an opportunity to purchase the land where the house now stands. We saw it as a sign.

We built it in a tuscan style as we love Italy and more the life the Italians lead. A love of family, and spending time with each other. I am hoping our home gives you that too.

What makes this property unique

The views of the house are second to none. Its such a relaxing place with the most amazing sunsets. The Dolphins come by most days, and just seeing the boats go by is awesome. We are also very close to the wetlands where many birds live, so they often fly nearby or come sit on our jetty. Its something you dont get to see when you live in the suburbs.
