This home sleeps 13. Our open and spacious cozy beach home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront beach, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers. There is a children's playground, tennis courts, running track and field within one block. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is 5 blocks away.

Spring break with teens

Great location, close to everything. Fun decor. We loved spending time in the dining /living room area. There was plenty of space and sitting room for all 8 of us when dining and playing games together. The owners were very responsive when we had issues with the stove. The beds were super comfy. The game room (ping pong and darts) and puzzles were perfect fun for the couple of rainy days we spent indoors. If I had to look for negatives I would say that the first floor and smaller second floor bathrooms could use an upgrade but honestly, they got the job done. Thanks for a lovely stay. Donna

Great location

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a winter weekend getaway. We were disappointed not to enjoy a couple of amenities that had attracted us. There was no wine fridge, and the fireplace was not operable. However, the home is clean, comfortable and offers plenty of beds and bathrooms. It is in a great location, tucked back from the busy area close to the beach but a short walk to the beach nonetheless. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family is excited to share with you a hidden secret at the oceanfront Virginia Beach. We currently live in the community of Old Beach and absolutely love the vibe and location. We decided to share one of our homes this year as a beach rental and we hope you love it too!

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the "Memory Maker' and we absolutely love the community. Our sons are now in college and the home is too big for just Tom and I. We decided to rent this awesome place for families to make lasting memories like we did when we lived there. We now live in a smaller home in OLD BEACH.

What makes this property unique

We love this home because it is within walking and bicycling distance to what we think is everything. The home itself is very open and spacious and has a beach vibe. The front porch is so welcoming in the morning with a cup of coffee to start the day and the converted garage into a game room is a great place for children and adults to play ping pong and games. Sit by the fire in the evening and have a glass of wine around the fire pit with beach chairs.
