About this property

You will enjoy our warm and cosy 1850's, one-bedroom miners cottage; complete with supremely comfortable queen bed, colour TV's, a library of books, games, DVD's and videos, and a private BBQ set in our colourful cottage garden. Of course there is reverse cycle split system air conditioning; as well as off street, covered parking.

There is a full kitchen, including microwave oven, full cooking range, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery/glassware, and some cooking implements. Also a coffee machine. A full laundry is also available for your convenience.

After a busy day out enjoying the many features of historic Castlemaine, (especially since we are located centrally to many of Castlemaine's fine historic homes and CBD, and only 5 mins walk from Castlemaine's wonderful ‘Buda’ homestead), you may choose to enjoy a quiet and cosy night in, relaxing in our antique claw foot bath or listening to our selection of CDs or DVD’s.

Come and enjoy all that Castlemaine has to offer whilst enjoying your comfortable, affordable, private accommodation in a very convenient central location.

Lovely stay!

The property was clean and looked exactly like the photos! Everything was stocked up - towels, linen, toilet paper etc and the Easter eggs and lollies were a nice touch. The host responded quickly to our early check in request which was fantastic! Everything was close - go to Buda down the road!
