A quiet beach hideaway on Phillip Island, overlooking Churchill Island, this former boatshed is now a three bedroom modern home with two living areas with a fabulous gas fireplace to keep you warm in winter.
Great water views from the deck.The property has a large rear yard (1/3 acre) and is pet friendly and farm fenced with a gate at the bottom of the garden to a secluded beach.
Combine a beach holiday with the peace of a rural location. Short drive to Cape Woolamai shops or bring bikes for easy transport around the local area.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay,the fire was great and the location was close to everything. The main downfall was the property hadn't been cleaned when we arrived so had to do some cleaning ourselves.The property also looks older than the pictures online .

We absolutely loved our 3 nights. The garden was huge and our Spoodle raced around to his heart's content. The gate at the bottom of the garden allowed us to wander down to the secluded beach. The bird life was amazing. It felt like a piece of paradise. Really recommend the dog beach at Cape Woolamai and the cafe called Burnt Toast for delicious toasties. We'll definitely stay again.

Quiet Getaway

Very quiet but friendly neighbourhood. Lots of trails to walk, The garden was great for the dogs-plenty of room to run around safely. Thank you Sandy and John. We’ll be back!

Newhaven Haven

This property is tucked away near a secluded inlet. The fenced garden was great for our Staffordshire Terrier Ted. When the weather permitted sitting on the upstairs deck was very relaxing. The upstairs 'getaway' area was also very pleasant and peaceful.

Great break from Melbourne May 2022

The short break was really great. Our cross greyhound dog enjoyed the garden. The cottage is smallish inside but the garden is large enough for our grehound to stretch her legs. The owner was very kind and the accommodation comfortable with so many extra thoughtful touches. Loved sitting on the deck and the short walk to the bottom of the garden to get closer to the very small beach in the Marine National Park. I recommend The Cape Woolamai Dog Beach is really great and only a short drive.
