Centrally located, nothing is more than a mere stroll, even the famous Marina Mirage is just a short walk. At Prada, you will find yourself transported to a world of peace and tranquillity.

Ambiance

Magnificent Four Mile Beach can be yours, or you can get a perfect tan lounging around the shared 25m pool, set amongst secluded lush tropical foliage.

Prada is within a small and exclusive complex of only 10 architecturally designed, multi-level villas. The high vaulted ceilings, white window shutters and circling fans create a colonial, relaxed, yet sophisticated modern atmosphere that can be climate controlled with the touch of a button. Add contemporary furnishings, and you have an eclectic mix of styles that not only satisfies your need for the highest level of comfort, but also the senses.

Floor Plan

With open plan living encompassing a European kitchen and large dining / lounge that flows seamlessly on to the main terrace, you can enjoy indoor and outdoor entertaining.

The multi-level design separates living and sleeping areas. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own ensuite and private courtyard. The third bedroom accesses a patio, has two single or king beds and makes use of the generous 3rd bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. A private retreat and balcony with sweeping views towards the marina and surrounding mountains provide you with a resort setting.

The exclusive Prada is very private and secure with remote controlled gates and double garage access providing the convenience of accommodating 2 cars, or a car and boat.

Prada has all the latest home distractions, including a large "smart" TV with Foxtel IQ3 (including movies and on demand), surround sound home theatre system and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Prada is the perfect villa for a romantic getaway, honeymoon or relaxing holiday for up to 6 adults.
The property is not suited for children under 16.

Perfect Location....

This is a beautiful villa with everything you could possibly want. Excellent communication with regards to check in process. The villa was in a central location close to the shops, marina, beach and market. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thankyou Tony and Harriet.

We had the most most memorable stay at the beautiful Prada property. Perfectly located to enjoy PD. The owner and property manager could not have been more helpful and kind throughout. We will definitely be back.

Port Douglas Villa LOVE

Prada. We love you! The perfect choice for 3 couples who wanted three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an easy breezy luxe, not too precious but lovely aesthetic, privacy, a private pool, access to everything in a short walk, including 4 mile beach! In the heart of town surrounded by great cafes, pubs, restaurants, music and entertainment. We’d go back in a flash!

We absolutely loved our stay at Prada! A beautiful apartment in an a fantastic location! So closely located to the shops , restaurants and cafes but very private and quiet! Also a nice easy walk to the beach or marina. Very spacious, clean and comfortable! We would love to stay again and highly recommend! Thankyou Tony and Lyn.

Fabulous holiday location

My family and I loved our stay at Prada, Port Douglas. Tony and Lyn’s communication was excellent. We loved everything about Prada! The house is beautiful and so ideally located. We loved swimming in the pool and the ideal location of the house so very close to the Main Street, yacht club and beach. Thank you for our stay. We hope to return in the near future.
