The ground floor of the main house features one bedroom, a bathroom, separate laundry, a spacious lounge, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with balconies, a bathroom, and a lounge area overlooking the downstairs area. The self-contained studio includes an open sleeping, lounge, dining, and kitchen area with a separate bathroom.

There is parking for one car under the carport, and at least two cars on the driveway.

Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee.
Approval for pets is provided on a case-by-case basis and subject to the pet clause as per agency booking terms and conditions.
Special Property Information
The bunk bed is a lower bunk; from our point of view sturdy enough to sleep two adults, however, it is up to the individual guest to decide if it's suitable.
This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.
Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions
1. The account holder submitting the booking needs to be in occupancy of the premises during the full term of the tenancy.
1a. Groups within the age range 17 to 25 years of age please enquire first.
2. The property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo IDs of all guests 16 and above and is subject to the agency booking Terms & Conditions for holiday lettings.
3. The property has noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines. Our properties do not allow bucks, hens, schoolies, or any kind of celebration gatherings.
4a. Our properties are not serviced, they provide supplies & guest amenities as starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.
4b. Firewood Starter Packs, Travel Cots, High Chairs and more are available as additional booking options for guests from the agency guest portal which guests will gain access to after completion of the guest registration process.
5. The cleaning and management fee is subject to a 1.5x increase for Sunday check-ins and a 2.5x increase for public holiday check-ins. For 2-week bookings, the cleaning fee is doubled and extended stays beyond two weeks require a mandatory fortnightly cleaning service billed to the guest with optional linen changes for an extra charge.
