4 nights stay in Tura beach

Property location is ideal for easy access to beach and amenities. Our stay would have been more pleasant without struggling to fight with Christmas beetles as fly screens were broken at multiple places and sliding door couldn’t lock properly. No fans were provided to cope up with hot and humid summer as property is without Air Conditioner. Overall property requires maintenance especially bedrooms with old carpet stains, broken bathroom door knobs, dirty fly screens /window tracks, garage door broken with bird droppings at multiple places, dishwasher filter replacement and all local TV channels not working (No Foxtel or OTT viewing option). Please note no vacuum is provided as our stay was for 4 nights and it magically appeared outside the door prior to checkout for guests to clean the property. Cleaning standards were not up-to the mark as we found the sand traces on dinning chairs and hairs in beddings during check-in although toilets/kitchen were clean. Will suggest to provide light colour beddings & towels for guests to have confidence on hygienic cleaning experience.

Tura Beach House

Kate's apartment was perfect for us, being meters from the beach with beautiful ocean views from the deck. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well equipped. The perfect location for a beach holiday.
