This luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with sea views is on 2 stories and is located in the popular town of Brixham situated between Torquay and Dartmouth.

A parking permit is included for the nearby car park which is about a four minute walk.

The spacious living area includes a large open plan kitchen-dining room with a comfortable lounge equipped with a 50'' plasma TV + sky, Blue ray DVD and free WiFi.

The en suite master bedroom is also equipped with a 37'' plasma TV and separate Sky system.

The other 2 bedrooms consist of 1 spacious twin and 1 large double both sharing a modern family bathroom.

The lounge, master bedroom and 2nd floor sun lounge all share superb sea views.

Outside, the patio has dining furniture and a large gas BBQ perfect for al fresco dining and a full size table tennis table.

Brixham is packed with lovely restaurants and bars as well as plenty of shops and places of historic interest.

Fishing, crabbing and swimming are all in easy walking distance.

Located on the historic Quay in Brixham overlooking the inner and outer harbours and the original open air fish market, our apartment offers the perfect setting to explore Torquay, Dartmouth, South Hams and Dartmoor.

Overlooking the famous South West Coast Path, there are many fantastic walks for the amateur or professional walker.(see www.sampfordhouse.com for detailed list of local walks)

During the season, you can travel in style by ferry to the famous port of Dartmouth or Torquay & Paignton.

Why not catch the famous Steam train from Paignton to Kingswear and then a trip up the river Dart?

This apartment is not suitable for people with a mobility issue as there are steps up to the apartment. The balcony has a glass surround but young children should be supervised at all times.

The apartment is situated over a sweet shop and a Tea Parlour(with 53 different types of tea) and Cocktail Bar called Liberty. The apartment has been well insulated and has air conditioning in the master bedroom.

This apartment has one of the largest balconies in Brixham and is ideal place to just sit and watch the world go by. The views are fantastic stretching out towards Berry Head and over towards Torquay.

It overlooks the South West Coast Path and you can really enjoy some nice walks along the cliffs, beaches and woods.

This apartment was originally the offices for the original fish quay in Brixham. It has been transformed into a 5 star equivalent apartment with all the modern conveyances you would expect. The patio space is very rare in Brixham and must be on of the largest and certainly the most central. The apartment overlooks the old fish market and many local activities are held here - local market stalls, folk singing, food markets and many other activities. From the patio you can see most of Torbay and also keep an eye out for the children as they go crabbing - just sit back and enjoy. Situated above Liberty Tea Parlour and Cocktail Bar and a sweet shop - triple glazed and has acoustic sound insulation fitted A parking permit is included

Exactly what we needed

We could not of asked for a better spacious apartment with it's tasteful decoration, huge decking area overlooking the harbor! Most of all just outside the door you have the harbor, shops restaurants and much more. Must say we did unfortunately hear the Wine Bar music a couple of nights louder than other nights, but this was finished by midnight. However, everything-else during our stay made this not such an issue. Also to be able to bring our dog with us was great, and the apartment was very clean and modern. The owners were very accommodating too and communication excellent!

Great Place to stay!

Just spent Christmas week here in this very spacious, clean & well equipped apartment.Great location, out your front door onto the harbour. Pubs, restaurants & shops all close by. Sun terrace would be a great addition in the summer.

Stunning apartment with great views

Wow! We have just returned after having spent a week in this beautiful spacious apartment which we were absolutely bowled over by. It has everything you could possibly wish for and more. It is central to all of the local amenities being situated right on the harbour so we could sample all of the local food without having far to go! It is by far the best place we have stayed in and we have been coming to Brixham for a few years now. The sun terrace is stunning and the boys enjoyed the use of the table tennis when the weather allowed. We will definitely be booking for next year and have recommended it to everyone we know! Thank you Matthew and Rosie, out of this world!

Stunning Views

Just come back after having spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment and I honestly did not want to come home. The apartment felt just like home with everything you could possibly need and the views are to die for. Spent many hours on the decked terrace just relaxing and watching the world go by. The apartment is lovely and spacious and very clean with lovely furniture and fittings with the added bonus of sky TV and free WIFI. Even our Labrador had a whale of a time especially on the terrace trying to chase the seagulls. The apartment is probably situated in one of the best positions which makes it so convenient for shops, eating, crabbing, walking and car park. I can honestly say we were made to feel so welcome with all the information left and the regular messages to see if everything was ok. We all had a brilliant time, especially the kids, who just loved everything about the apartment. I don't even think they argued once whilst we were there, as they were having so much fun. I would highly recommend staying here as it was everything you could possibly wish for and I will definitely be returning, hopefully very soon. Absolutely loved it!

I will start by saying Wow Factor, its spacious, luxurious, and very homely with all mod cons, we were very fortunate to get great weather too, which enabled us to benefit from the large decking area, On numerous occasions we enjoyed the Table Tennis and the Gas Barbecue, while overlooking the astounding views of the Harbour, Matthew and Rosie, are a delightful Couple as we have also stayed in one of there other accommodations at Sampford House in 2011, I can not praise this property enough, and will not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know. Matthew and Rosie Thank you once again, we so look forward to rebooking this property next year and for a little longer next time.
