Newly raised beach house sleeps up to 6 people, 1 very large bedroom loft on the second floor with a queen bed and a full over twin trundle bed, sofa with a queen sleeper in the living room, kitchen with granite counter, new tile throughout the house, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, wi-fi and cable, a big closet for food/storage, Central Air, Weber Grill, 4 beach chairs and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Air-conditioned ground floor room with a 65-inch smart tv, mini fridge, table with three chairs, and plenty of seating. This home is located in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. 2 min. walk up to the beach. Within walking distance of many attractions and shops. No pets allowed. Three Beach Badges are included.

Perfect Last Min LBI Getaway

This was the perfect small place for three ladies to spend a wonderful end of summer few days at the beach - location couldn't have been easier to get to the beach and Melissa was super responsive! Worked well for a few friends, but would also be super convenient for a small family!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay at this property! Safe, quiet and central location, easy beach block access to ocean. Newly and lovingly renovated, clean and comfortable. Owner was thoughtful, friendly and responsive. Hope to be back again next year!

Amazing Vacation Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in this perfect vacation getaway. It’s located on a beach street so its a quick walk to the ocean. Prime location with plenty of local shops, mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream. The house is clean, air conditioned, and with an outdoor shower etc., and felt safe and private. We would definitely stay here again.
