Beautiful setting, South facing with sea views

A comfortable 28m2 one bedroom apartment, with a 10m2 south facing balcony with sea view, where one can enjoy watching the super yachts of rich and famous anchored off Eze bay during the summer season. This accommodation is in the ideal location to explore the Cote D'Azur in all seasons. The easy access to public transport (train and bus) eliminates the need to hire a car. However, if you have a car, there is free gated parking. On arrival there is a welcome basket of fruit, wine,cheese, snacks, milk, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar. Basic toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, washing up & laundry detergent are also provided.

Excellent

We stayed for five weeks in the apartment which is equipped to a very high standard and in one of the best places on the coast. The beach (pebbles) is a short walk from the apartment, very clean and never 'packed' even in the 'height' of the season when we stayed. Public transport is a couple of minutes away, very cheap and convenient. Local restaurant opposite the train station is a friendly well run establishment well worth a visit as is the snack bar just across the road.

Kate the owner ensured we had a memorable stay. We were collected from the train station and Kate regularly kept in touch and visited weekly to change bedding, towels etc.

The welcome pack was extensive, the apartment spotless, well equipped (including a dishwasher).

We would thoroughly recommend this property and the owner could not do enough to help our stay be such a pleasant one. Many thanks Kate!

Excellent Apartment

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, well maintained and well equipped. Very conveniently located for travel to Nice, Monaco and all points along the coast. Bus travel is impressive - frequent services and only 1.5 Euro for any journey. Friendly and helpful hosts, including a lift to and from the little train station in Eze sur Mer, plus a generous welcome pack. Overall, hard to fault and we'd be more than happy to return to this excellent little apartment.

Extremely clean and well maintained.

Firstly, we were greeted by Kate the owner who was very helpful in picking us up at the local train station, and on arrival the apartment was extremely clean and well maintained to a very high standard. Plus an excellent welcome pack to cater for all our needs to start our holiday style. We must also add that the apartment was superbly located and very close the the local train station and bus stop and all amenities.

perfect location, accomodation and host

we have just spent a lovely week here. The position of the apartment is great. 5 mins walk from station and Kate even gave us a lift on arrival. Balcony got sunshine all day long , with a perfect sea view beyond the lush garden outside. Then a 2 minute walk from apartment to sea. Bring shoes you can wear in sea and go for a dip before breakfast and you will have the beautiful clear water and views of the bay all to yourself. buses and trains vey convenient.

We would reflect all the positives seen in other reviews. Thanks Kate for everything from meeting us at station, lots of advice about area and being there to help when we had anything to ask. 5 stars *****. Iain and Louise Sept 2015.

A little gem

This apartment is, in all ways, a little gem. It is within a small gated complex right opposite the beach. The apartment has everything you could think of, a real home from home, including items such as cling film and serviettes and it was spotlessly clean. Kate, the owner, provided a lovely food pack on arrival which kept us going for 2 days! Kate made contact a couple of times just to ensure all was well. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony which has fabulous views out to sea and when the sun was particularly hot, we were able to use the sunblind to shade us. Its location is excellent, train and bus stops within moments from the apartment. We enjoyed the coastal walk to Beaulieu-sur-mer where we shopped at the daily fruit and veg market, it also has a supermarket right next to the train station, which was useful for the return journey. Although there are limited restaurants in Eze, it is extremely easy and cheap to travel to Monaco, Beaulieu, Villefranche etc., for a greater choice and transport runs till very late at night. All in all we had a fabulous holiday enhanced by the lovely apartment and its location, we shall definitely be returning.

Perfect location, well appointed , parking a bonus

Fantastic location right on road between Nice & Monaco.

Good bars on beach and dining in the village all within walking distance.

Sit on beach with cocktail and watch the super yachts.

Apartment perfect with everything you need as as we were there in a 36 degree heat wave the aircon was much needed.

Kate extremely helpful definitely would recommend to friends and have already done so.

This modern one bedroom apartment is part of a gated 10 property residence. Located on the second floor (only15 steps to climb), it has a south facing balcony with sea views and overlooks the communal palm & fruit tree garden. Off-street parking is available.

Inside there are ceiling fans along with reverse cycle AC. Free WiFi is provided. There is a 42' TV with free-to-air SKY, Apple TV, IPod dock and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4 burner stove top, combination microwave-oven, washing machine and dish washer.

Whilst compact, the en suite shower room is equipped with a heated towel rail, heated floor and mirror (no mist!).

Outside the gates there is access to Eze beach via a tunnel, so no need to cross a busy road. The tunnel goes under the railway too. Note that French trains are electric and therefore silent.

Here also is the bus stop for 2 bus routes... no.83 travels to the medieval Eze Village (a must-see) and no.100 travels between Nice, via Monaco, to Menton. The service is regular and costs just 1.50 euros per journey.

It's location between Nice and Monaco makes it ideal for a couple who want to explore the golden triangle of the Côte d'Azur.

Situated between Monaco and Cap Ferrat, Eze is low key by comparison however, all of the U2 band have homes in Eze and Bill Gates, Roman Abramovich, Philip Green are frequent visitors.
