These spacious 2 bedroom apartment sleeps two till six persons has featuring fully fitted kitchen, TV, DVD, WiFi internet 24 hours, living room and south oriented terrace areas, some with Jacuzzi, each bedroom has its own bathroom, some en suite and one bath has hot tub.The apartment has air-condition hot and cold, situated 1. floor with lift access, free private parking in front of apartment and garage. Terrace is south oriented overlooking the garden and pool. We are not a 5star hotel and we do not offer entertainment.

Restaurants, bars, cocktail bars, beach restaurant, supermarket, bakery, butcher, banks, newspaper shop, pharmacy, laundry, excursion office, hair and beauty salon, cafe bars, children's playground, shops, small park, English speaking social clubs and public bus station are all situated in walking distance between 100 and 1000 meters. Easy walking to the beach in 250 meters. You will find all in walking distance but specially at the summer month we recommend a rent a car. In Spain car rental is not so expensive and it's worth to have a car to visit also close destination like Gibraltar, Tarifa, Ronda, Malaga City etc. By inquiry we can recommend you some rental cars companies.

We are German and live since 20 years at the Costa del Sol, also called Costa del Golf. Volker is Golf Pro and can introduce golfers to the golf paradise on the coast with many different Golf courses. In Marbella are over 142 different nationalities registratet and we love the international flair of Marbella. With a special micro climate we have sunshine 320 day a year and sometimes even 340 days. You have 12 months warm temperature and sports like golf or tennis can be played all year. Please ask for special winter offers from October till Abril.

"Très bel duplex entièrement et très joliment meublé, y compris toute la vaisselle de cuisine . L’appartement est un vrai bijou : beaucoup de fenêtres et énormément de lumière naturelle, une très belle disposition des pièces. Trois terrasses dont une que nous avions utilisée durant notre séjour pour les petits déjeuners et barbecues le soir. L'appartement dispose de trois chambres, dont une au primer étage très ensoleillée avec sa propre salle de bain et même un jacuzzi sur la terrasse !!!! Hola..Hemos estado 15 dias de vacaciones en la zona de Estepona y en un apartamento genial..la verdad que tenia de todo hasta yacuzzi..Eramos 8 personas y nos alojaron en un apartamento muy amplio y espacioso a 5 minutos de la playa andando aparte de tener una piscina justo debajo en el cual pasamos buenos ratos..volveremos a repetir seguro para el año que viene..

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Benamara. Die Wohnung ist im Gebäudekomplex des geschlossenen AGH Hotel. Da es mehrere Poolanlagen gibt hatten wir immer einen Pool für uns alleine da die Anlage nicht voll ausgelastet ist.

Am Strand gibt es zwei sehr schöne Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1.Stock und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Schlafzimmer zur STraße hin ist laut aber da war uns klar. Es liegen eigentlich alle Hotels an dieser Straße. Muß man eben die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die FEnster lassen sich nicht so schließen das man diese nicht von außen öffnen könnte und es gab keinen Safe.

Von daher muss man alle WErtsachen mit sich führen wenn man die Wohnung verlässt. Haben das aber gemeldet und es sollte behoben werden. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Owner's Response: Liebe Feriengaeste, fielen Dank fuer die ehrliche Bewertung. Zum Thema Schlafzimmer zur Strasse: Bitte Bescheid geben bei der naechsten Buchung. Wir haben auch Schlafzimmer zum Sueden und man kann hier sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Fenster muss man natuerlich von innen schliessen koennen. Von aussen sind sie nicht zu oeffnen. Wir werden das ueberpruefen und gegebenfalls richten. Das mit dem Safe ist ein guter Anreiz, vielen Dank. Kosten ja heutzutage nicht mehr so viel, ist also keine grosse Sache und wir werden einen einbauen. Bis zum naechsten Mal koennen sie ihre Sachen im Safe deponieren. Vielen Dank und liebe Gruesse

Exceptional Host, Spacious Apartment

We chose this property for our long-term (3 months) stay on Costa del Sol mainly because of the location (warm in winter) and price. We couldn't have been happier during our stay. Our host, Angelika, met us on our check-in day and was very responsive whenever we called. One aspect of the pricing structure that we especially liked was the low base rent coupled with paying the electric bill. That way, we had control over part of our bill.

Nearly every detail about this spacious 2-bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment was exceptional: cleanliness, appointments, layout. Bedrooms and bathrooms were generous in size. There were plenty of closets for storage. They could provide a second towel bar or hook in each full bathroom so couples don't have share the single towel bar. The living room had two sofas, which was plenty of room even when we had another couple over. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses, and crockery.

We had a few minor issues focused on the kitchen (we love to cook and the kitchen is a bit cramped), small hot water heater (sometimes had to space out showers), and location (road noise and proximity of motorway junctions). However, don't let these minor inconveniences deter you from selecting this property. We still plan to stay here on our next visit to Costa del Sol.

The property is perfect connected with access to the coast road, walking distance to the beach and to the shopping centers. We have restaurants, cocktail bars, live music bars, cafe´s, shops, pharmacy, international newspaper shop, butcher, bakery, hair and beauty, bank, excursion office, etc , all in a radius of 100 - 1000 meters. The local bus stop in 400 meters connects you with Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona. Car is not necessary but recommended because car hire is not expensive in Spain.

Walking distance to the shops, supermarket, bank, bars, restaurants, disco pubs. 6 km to Puerto Banus, 12 km to Marbella Centre, 2km to the Golf course and sport center like tennis, horse riding, water sports.

Ski: Granada - Sierra Nevada - 80 km ski area ! A wonderful escape from the beach and sun to the snow. 250 km distance from the apartments. Sierra Nevada is Europe's most southern ski resort. The resort is located 32 km from the centre of Granada and is only a 50-minute drive. In 1996, it hosted the World Alpine Ski Championships. The ski season normally lasts from the beginning of December until the end of April or beginning of May. Artificial snow machines now mean that the resort can open for skiing even when there is no natural snow. Andalusia has a very high proportion of sunny days even in the winter and usually it is possible to ski with beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures. It is possible to ski in the morning and sunbathe at the beach in the afternoon on the same day. The highest summit of the Sierra Nevada range is Mulhacén at 3,481 metres, the highest ski lift and piste goes to just below Veleta which is at 3,398 metres.

The beach restaurant La Antigua is almost open all year and meeting point for the resident and holiday makers. You will find Tennis, Thalasso SPA, Golf courses, Fitness Center and walk or exercises at the quiet beach is relaxing. The famous SELWO Safari Park, water sport and all kind of sport and other facilities are close to our apartments. This private apartment is built beside the AGH Hotel in El Paraiso Barronal, which is temporary closed.
