About this property

This semi-detached villa is part of a traditional picturesque village-like complex but with full privacy. The architect has followed not only the traditional Cycladic way of stone-building but he has also respectfully exploited the orientation and the natural environmental surroundings. The view to west and south is spectacularly panoramic, allowing you to enjoy the sun, the uninterrupted sea view and breathtaking sunsets over Antiparos island. The villa is situated on the hill that overlooks Farangas beach (only 700 m. away) one of Paros most exquisite sandy seashores.
The villa comprises of three levels. The 1st level constitutes of 2 bedrooms, one with a double “queen” bed, built-in closets and the other one with two single beds, built-in closets too and an independent bathroom with shower. This level exits to the front pergola and the garden. The 2nd level constitutes of the living room with built-in couches and fireplace, a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In this level there is the main entrance of the house and the two main verandas, both overlooking the sea view. There is also a private parking. The 3nd level (loft) has one large double bed, floor-couches and A/C. The total surface of the house is 120 sq. m., and the total surface with the garden and pergolas is 400 sq. m

Beautiful, tranquil with amazing views..

We stayed at this home for a week in July and it was really beautiful. I have to say that no photographs could stretch enough the beauty and tranquility we found on our arrival. Elia, the lovely home owner was right in saying that the only problem we would find is leaving the house, since we only went out for dinner once. The rest of the nights we enjoyed cooking dinner and relaxing after a long day at Farangas beach,which became our local. We did snorkeling, which was great since we saw starfish, octopuses, rainbow fish and all sorts of pretty and interesting creatures under water. From the beginning of our communication to the end of our holiday, Elia was more than helpful and always available to answer our queries.. It was one of the best holidays to day and the beautiful location as well as the peacefulness and quietness of this property, set on an otherwise very busy island, certainly contributed to our overall experience. A big thank you to Elia and her family for their hospitality and to Petros the caretaker for his help throughout our stay. I hope we will be back soon..

Great choice

The house has the best views in Paros and the location is well connected with main beaches and towns. Elia is great and the communication was always really easy and she made us feel home. We hardly recommend to stay in this house .

Tout était parfait et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce,la vue magnifique,la décoration et le confort si agréables , qu'on avait du mal à partir pour visiter Paros,qui vaut pourtant le déplacement. Un sejour inoubliable.

Magnifique séjour et vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons passé 15 jours en juin dans cette maison avec une vue de rêve et des couchers de soleil plus beaux les uns que les autres.La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description, la literie est très confortable et la décoration très soignée. Les équipements de la maison sont très complets. Il ne manque rien. Elia est très disponible et prévenante merci pour tout.
