Very beautiful independent villa fully air conditioned, south exposure with exceptional 180 ° panoramic sea view and on the Golf of St Tropez, for 6 people, interior surface 125 m², very bright, not overlooked, located in a very quiet but not isolated, 300 m from the coast and 500 m on foot from the sandy beaches, altitude 60 m, 1 km from the village of San Peire (all shops, Provencal market, doctors, pharmacy, etc.).
Enclosed garden of 1200 m² with 11 x 5 m heated mosaic swimming pool (from early June to late September), mosaic jacuzzi, adjoining outdoor solar shower.

Private 11x5 m heated mosaic infinity freeform swimming pool with alarm.
Spa-jacuzzi heated in overflow mosaic in the swimming pool, with bubble function and / or hydromassages, capacity 6 people, adjoining solar shower.
On one level: 120 m² of south-facing terraces facing the swimming pool and on the west side of the house 50 m² of semi-rigid terrace (protected from the winds) + awning, with sideboard and furniture for adjoining summer kitchen and gas BBQ . Sea view from all the terraces.

Magnifique
Une magnifique villa toute équipée dans un quartier très calme avec une splendide vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Seul petit bémol le centre du village et la plage à environ 20 minutes à pied nécessitant d'utiliser assez régulièrement la voiture.

Vue superbe. Dégradé de bleus: piscine, mer et ciel! Unique!
Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans la villa bleue, la vue est magnifique et on y trouve un sentiment de sérénité. La villa est très typique de la région et très belle. On s’y sent bien. L’environnement est agréable.Plage, port, restaurants, magasins, tout est à proximité de la villa. On y retournera.

Wunderschöner Panoramablick
Die Terrasse mit großem Pool und Whirlpool bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über das Meer. Das Haus ist ruhig in den Hügeln gelegen und in schöne Gärten gebettet. Wir haben die Ruhe, abseits des Trubels und doch zentral sehr genossen. Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung sind gut möglich. Bei Rückfragen und in der Planung war der Eigentümer (Herr Marchand) sehr hilfreich, freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar. Vielen Dank ! Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
