This beautiful, fully airconditioned villa, built 2003, lies in 1500 m2 enclosed grounds with a view towards the south. It offers tranquility and full privacy, and is mainly planted with palms, olive trees, oaks and strawberry trees. Situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac.

Please note that one bedroom and one bathroom has been added early 2015. Facilities' description takes these changes into account, and photo gallery will be updated soon.

The villa has 3 terraces:

Lower level with 14m x 7m alarmed infinity pool, outdoor shower and generous sun deck, ground floor level with fully equipped and covered summer kitchen and dining area, running along the total South facing facade of the house, and large 1st floor level terrace with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Ceyreste village.

Inside:

Ground floor: Fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast table, large comfortably furnished living room with fireplace, bar and dining area opening onto terrace, indoor garden with glass ceiling, ensuite master bedroom, separate WC, laundry room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, each sleeping 2, 2 bathrooms. Cot and highchair supplied.

House cleaning on departure day (included in rent).

Covered parking for 2 cars + space for 2 more cars.

Long term rent considered and negotiable.

Basement area, including garage, unavailable; negotiable in case of long term rent.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern für eine Woche mitte Mai in diesem Haus.

Die Buchung verlief unproblematisch, der Buchungskontakt ausschließlich per Email und in Englisch. Vor Ort betreute uns Rocco. Sehr nett und bemüht.

Kleine Probleme wie ein defektes Babybett wurden schnellstmöglich in Ordnung gebracht.

Leider war das Geschirr (insbesondere Gläser) und der Aussentisch von den Vorurlaubern nicht sehr ordentlich hinterlassen worden.

Einen wunderschönen Ausblick bis auf das Meer hat man vom Esstisch im Innenbereich. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr hell gehalten. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig.

Eine Poolheizung würde das Baden in der Vor- und Nachsaison noch angenehmer machen.

Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Place to vaycay With kids

So we decided to come back! We are simply falling in love with this place! My husband and I love to sit and look out at the ocean in the mornings or to realx by the pool! We have already made inquiries for next summer!

Perfect house also in the winter season

As "winter-climate refugees" we have spent three winter months (Dec. through Feb.) in this comfortable and well-equipped house. It certainly works well also in the winter season. The floor heating makes the house warm and comfortable even when the Mistral is living up to its reputation. There were days with snow higher up, but we were close enough to the Mediterranean to escape. The region has a lot to offer also in winter and we have particularly enjoyed long walks in the Calanques. On more windy days, the hills behind the house are good for walking. In the Marseille -Toulon area with its hinterland, we have experienced less winter-close downs than many other places. Restaurants are generally open, as are shops and museums. Christmas markeds and Santonniers prior to Christmas and "Oursinade" (sea urchin festivale) in Carry-le-Rouet in February should also be mentioned. All-in-all: Perfect house, friendly and helpful owners in an active French region. What more could we ask for?

Lovely House

This lovely house provided a trouble-free and thoroughly enjoyable base for our holidays, from start to finish. Elin’s prompt email responses and detailed travel instructions were much appreciated, and Christel, who looks after the property, was charming and welcoming. The information pack in the house provides all the information you would need to shop and explore.

The kitchen is particularly well equipped, far beyond the normal holiday rental property, and the property was clean, comfortable and practically laid out. The fully appointed outdoor eating area was so great that we enjoyed our meals out there every evening.

The surrounding area is quite charming, with Cassis, various wineries and two lovely hill-top villages practically on your doorstep.

The online photos really do represent the villa as it is, and this property would definitely be our first choice should we decide to holiday in the area again.

Excellent home in a very interesting area!

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures. We found it do be very comfortable and spacious! We were 3 adults and two children and had lots of room. Next time i think we will invite some friends along. It has a perfect swimming pool for kids, - and kept our kids busy the entire week.

It is located in a small town (with a lovely little bakery and a great restaurant) and it’s only 10 minute drive to the beautiful small town Cassis! In addition you will find the most amazing wine yards only a few minutes by car!

The house itself is beautiful, stylish, clean and in a good condition -just the place you want to stay in your holiday! Everything we needed where there and even much more, such as toys for the kids in the pool.

We had an amazing week and have already booked another week next summer! Communication with the owner has been very easy and good throughout the period.

We can honestly recommend this place to anyone and are looking forward to our next stay here:)

A True Gem On the Hills of Provence

This is a superb managed (directly by the owners) property, where you are taken very well care of from your enquiry of rental, till arrival and departure. The house itself is located in a quiet, wonderful location in the outskirts of the charming little village Ceyreste. Plenty of space both out- and indoors, very comfortable and delicately planned, furnished and maintained. We are a Swiss/Norwegian family here for the second time enjoying Villa Eline, and for sure we will come back to unwind in this just wonderful house in Provence. For where else would you want to stay? Elin and James are the perfect owners and hosts, and we recommend this estate to anyone that are looking for quality and a comfortable vacation in Provence!
