About this property

This 60-m² apartment has an exceptional location on the first floor of a small residence consisting of 9 condominiums overlooking the St-Jean-de-Luz bay and harbour. Very peaceful environment 2 steps away from the city centre. The apartment is surrounded by a large terrace. The condominium pool is open from 15 June until 15 September. Comfortable rental for 4 people. There is a large entryway with two bunk beds, a very large living area opening onto the terrace, and an open-plan kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with a 140-cm bed and an independent balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Appartement bien situé, et quelle vue !!

Appartement très lumineux, bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique du matin au soir sur la plage et le port de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Idéal pour 2 personnes (+ 2 autres couchages gigogne de type cabine dans l'entrée). Bon accueil du propriétaire.

Vue panoramique exceptionnelle

Propriété très bien située, sécurisée, bien arborée, calme. Idéale pour un séjour serein où la proximité de la plage, piscine et commerces évite de prendre la voiture. La vue sur la baie et le port est un parfait dépaysement.

L'emplacement idéal

Encore mieux que sur les photos, la vue est vraiment magnifique. Certainement un des meilleurs emplacements puisqu'il vous permet d'avoir à la fois une vue sur le port et sur la plage. La location est très lumineuse et très propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le calme est remarquable, vous n'entendez que le bruit des vagues. Il ne nous a rien manqué lors de notre séjour. Encore un grand merci à Maritxu.
