Fully air-conditioned apartment 500 metres to beach with shared pool and jacuzzi

This brand new, fully air-conditioned, first floor apartment has been built and finished to the highest specifications (Alojamento Local Registered). It sleeps 4 in 2 luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the beautiful garden and pool area. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which also overlook a garden and pool area. Cot and high chair available on request. Family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower.The living area is well equipped with luxury sofas and a solid wood dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a 37' LCD TV, digital satellite receiver, DVD and CD player with MP3 connection and multi-room speaker system. The living area opens on to a large south-facing balcony overlooking the pool and garden area with table and chairs. The kitchen is also fully equipped with brand new modern appliances incl. dishwasher and washing machine and leads onto the rear balcony. The beach is only 500 metres away and the nearest golf course is a couple of minutes drive. Lagos centre/marina is a short drive away.

This beautifully furnished and well fitted apartment is set in a tranquil landscaped garden area with swimming pool and separate jacuzzi. The apartments share the pool facilities and sunloungers are also provided. The pool area and gardens are lit at night.

The apartment is surrounded by a number of sandy beaches, the closest being Porto de Mos (500m away).

The apartment is also ideally situated and close to the town of Lagos with its variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, beautiful golden sandy beaches and golf courses. There is something for everyone. With its great facilities, Lagos is an ideal location for families, couples, golfers and those wanting to take part in a variety of sports.

Golf: The apartment is close to 5 great golf courses. Boavista is only a 3min drive away. Palmares golf course is a 10min drive away. Other courses are within easy reach.

We stayed in this beautiful 2 bed apartment in september overlooking the pool and was very impressed from arrival to departure. The quality is impecable and really is a fantastic resort from the quality of the apartments to location of beach and restaurants.

It is a 20 minute walk to Lagos town centre where a vibrant nightlife can be enjoyed with a wide variety of restaurants which cater for all the family. The locality of some superb golf courses was an added bonus which provide guests of all standards to enjoy a great experience. All in all a fantastic apartment and would recomemd to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in the Algarve.

Integral sound system throughout apartment with MP3 compatibility. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard with all new appliances including built-in hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Top quality utensils. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are provided. Spacious south-facing balcony off lounge/diner overlooking pool and garden area with sun loungers, dining table and 4 chairs. Linen and towels are provided. Guests to provide their own beach towels. For stays of 10 - 14 days, a mid holiday towel and linen change will be provided.

Lovely apartment with everything provided.

The apartment is situated on a new development which when completed will be lovely. The privately owned areas are maintained to a great standard . The apartment has everything you will need for your stay . The local beach is just a few minutes walk away with a great seafront restaurant. A car is probably essential if you wish to visit other areas such as Luz where the beach and sea front is lovely and only a 10 minute drive from the apartment. The town of Lagos is very close and within a 20 minute walk from the apartment. It's literally a 5 minute drive. On the outskirts of the town there is Ocean, Lidl and many other supermarkets.

All in all a lovely apartment which I would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely appartment

Really nice appartment, well furnished with a quiet pool. Close to the beach, but a car is necessary to get around. Really lovely area, would definitely rent this appartment again!

Only drawback is wifi is not included, you need to pay slightly extra to access it.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment.

This was our first time in Portugal, we (a couple) stayed for a week at the beginning of October. It was an easy one hour drive from Faro Airport. We were met on arrival at the apartment and shown around. The key return at the end of our stay was uncomplicated.

The apartment is located in a quadrangle with a green shady garden in the centre with Jacuzzi and pool. It was very quiet, the main sound was seagulls. It is a five minute walk to the spectacular clifftop and another five minutes down to the long sandy beach at Porto de Mos, where there are two restaurants serving local seafood.

The apartment was bright, clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The balcony was sunny and overlooked the garden.

Nice property let down by small easily attended items

Nice apartment, comfortable, quiet, good location. It slept four but suffered from only one bathroom and shower. Not sure if there is another bathroom behind locked door. A great shame if it is. One bathroom is not enough for a large apartment for four adults.

Other grumbles: Faulty shower on arrival Saturday morning. Couldn't be fixed until Monday.

Television didn't work. Was replaced by equally faulty 20 year old TV. This was a regular problem according to the cleaner. Owner seemed short of patience re TV when communicating via email.

Had to pay extra for Wifi. I would have expected this to be included.

Car required/essential as nothing local in the way of shops

Not enough coat hangers

On the whole the apartment was fine and we had a good holiday with a great choice of local beaches. A shame about the things mentioned before. If these were of better quality/included it would have been very good/4 stars.

The local beach at Porto De Mos is only a 5 minute walk and features stunning high cliffs with spectacular views. This beach area provides all the usual facilities including 2 restaurants. Other local beaches include Praia Da Dona Ana:small sandy cove 10 minutes by car. Meia Praia near Lagos 10 minutes by car.

Lagos - The historical town of Lagos is traditional in style and is encircled by massive 16th century walls that effectively shut out the 21st century. Here you will discover a maze of cobbled streets where cafe owners have set up their tables tempting visitors to stop and sample their delicious offerings in between exploring the town’s churches, museums, art galleries, antique shops and bustling market.A cultured city it may be but Lagos is also home to many fine shops bars and restaurants. The usual amenities are also well catered for. Lagos is also characterised with its modern harbour/marina. Here you can watch the world go by in one of the pavement cafes overlooking the marina or treat yourself to one of the boat trips which include: dolphin watching, family fishing, grotto trips or BBQ cruises.

Other places of interest include: Sagres, Cape of Saint Vincent (Europe's Land's End!), Autodromo Internacional (programme of events available), zoolagos, zoomarine, aqualand, slide and splash, Algarve shopping.
