This one bedroom vacation rental is located on Westminster Bridge Road next to Lambeth North Underground Station. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 6 story modern building which has an elevator. The building also has a tranquil communal garden for your enjoyment as well as a security system for your safety.

Although this is a one-bedroom apartment, it can accommodate more than expected due to a fully sprung double sofa bed and a further fold up chair bed for a fifth person in the living room. The open layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a designated dining area. The spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed. Laundry facilities are conveniently located inside the apartment. There is also a deep soak bathtub for your relaxation after a long day of exploring the wonderful city of London!

Fresh linen and towels provided and free internet wifi.

The apartment is situated in Lambeth North, a great location that provides a variety of many things to do and see.

In the immediate vicinity of this apartment there are various restaurants such as the Italian restaurant Cotto (www.italiancotto.co.uk) across the road and the delicious Cuban restaurant, Cubana (www.cubana.co.uk). To really submerge yourself in the British culture you could check out the pub, The Horse and Stables (www.thehorseandstables.co.uk) or the the Three Stags (www.thethreestags.london) for the best Sunday Roast Dinner around.

Local street Lower Marsh has a daily street food market as well as many independent retail shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. Greensmiths (www.greensmithsfood.co.uk) is a local supermarket with a real difference – a butcher, a baker, a greengrocer, a coffee specialist, and a wine merchant. The Perfect Location For Visiting London

We found the location to be perfect for our visit. Lambeth underground station, just 1 minute away gave us the Bakerloo Line with plenty of good stops and easy access to the other main lines. Just a 20 minute walk away is Waterloo Station where you can get straight on to the Waterloo Line. Well within walking distance you have The Imperial War Museum, London Eye, Shrek's Adventure, The London Dungeon, Sealife and Westminster Bridge taking you all the way across the Thames to Westminster, Big Ben etc.

You also have a very good Bus Stop outside the building and there on a Hop On/Hop Off Bus Stop outside the Imperial War Museum for the London Open Top Bus Tours well worth a visit themselves.

The apartment is basic but cosy and provides for all your needs and the location offers plenty of shops for the necessities, Tesco Express, Cost Cutter, Sainsbury and Iceland. There are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance and an excellent Costa Coffee across the road for those early morning lazy starts.

Would we stay here again? Absolutely and we intend to once again in the New Year and will make this our favourite accommodation every time we visit London.

great value and very convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the Lambeth property. The location was extremely convenient to walking to various London highlights. For further distances, the underground right next door was great. The kitchen was also great to have available. Jamie and Sherry were great to do business with and very helpful. The only issue we experienced was a bit of street noise at night, but we got out our earplugs and slept quite well after a full day of sightseeing.

Nice Apartment in a GREAT location

Location is fantastic! Right outside is a bus stop and the underground station. Easy to get anywhere in central London in minutes for the cost of public transportation. Right next to a couple convenience stores that have everything you need as well. We enjoyed multiple pubs and restaurants very near the apartment.

Flat was clean and perfect for the two of us. It is also nicely laid out and feels like there is a lot of space. Nice shower, nice kitchen area.

We did not like the bed much but I only noticed one other review that mentioned this so it's definitely a personal preference. I'm a bigger guy - 192 cm - 115 kg (6'-4" 255 lbs) so this might've factored in. My partner is much smaller and she didn't like it either but I think we are used to a softer bed, it is pretty firm.

One other note - there is a towel warming rack in the bathroom which is a cool feature but it sticks out from the wall right in front of the toilet which makes it kind of uncomfortable to sit on.

Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again in the future!

Great location, great host.

We spent a week in Jamie's flat and loved the location and the easy access to the tube. The flat is comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is exciting and safe. My two teenagers and myself were very pleased with our choice of staying here. I contacted Jamie once, and heard back in a few hours. If we had any problems at all, there is no doubt in my mind he would have taken care of it immediately. "Best vacation ever!"- quote from 17.5 y.o. son.

great location

As planned, the appartment is very well placed close to Westminster. You can go to all the Westminster / Buckingham quickly and easily by foot, and access to all London area easily and quickly with the metro close to the building.

The appartment itself is well equipped and confortable.

If I would have to give one less positive point, it would be about the cleanliness: The appartement was clean but it would required to take time for a deeper cleaning (over the fridge, some spot on the sofa).

As a conclusion we have been very satisfied with this appartment and will recommend it.
