Petit Versailles

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the pool is very relaxing. Martyn and Maria are superb hosts, very responsive, polite, pleasant. Although we are not golfers we appreciated the lovely landscaping throughout the community. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view!

This beautiful home will make you feel like royalty as soon as you walk in the door! Tastefully decorated with exquisite furnishings through out. It is obvious every detail has been thought of to give you that palace feeling! The lanai and pool are very relaxing and offer a peaceful view. This home met our expectations and the owners are great to work with. Loved the location! We would definitely return to this Cordova palace!

Well located property in gated community

Snug location in friendly gated community. Close to 41 and associated retail. North facing lanai is lovely, and we spent a good deal of time there. Golf course is public and very accessible. Easy to get tee times, take lessons, etc. Home itself well stocked with supplies. Furnishings are antique and some are fragile. Owner very easy to work with.

One word review... WOW !! As we entered the property, we were WOWED !! The property itself is amazing and conveniently located. The house is extremely clean and felt like home. I'm a retired physician and live with my wife Maria (flight attendant) in Canada during the Summer and Florida during the Winter. We have travelled extensively and I've enjoyed every trip. We love Florida. My favourite places to visit include Bora Bora/Moorea, the Amalfi Coast, Taormina Sicily,and the South of France. Oh! Austria was lovely as well especially the Lake District outside Salzburg. Live life like there is no tomorrow.
