Contemporary 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House with sea views within gated complex

This luxury 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House is in a prime location with uninterrupted views of Fistral Beach.The property is located in an Executive Sea Front Crescent, set in its own grounds, secured by electric gates with allocated front & rear parking. The property sleeps up to seven, is spread out over three floors. It comprises three double bedrooms, a lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a utility room.

The accomodation is arranged over three floors;

The second floor has two double bedrooms (front with sea views), & 1 no bathroom.

The ground floor has 1 further double bedroom with a double & single bed,there is also a shower rm with sink & WC located along corridor.

The utility room with washer/dryer is also located on the ground floor.

Lounge/diner: on the first floor with , TV, leather sofas and french doors giving uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen: with gas hob, electric oven,fridge,microwave & dishwasher.

The house has a great location, ideally suited for the beach , walking along the headland or simpley walking into town to grab some shopping.

This place is the best place I've stayed in! Location is right in front of Fristral beach with amazing views with town centre only 10min walk. There are loads of parking spaces for 2 cars maybe you could get 3 if not busy. The house is spotlessly clean ,stylish with loads of space for us which was a party of 7. The house is over 3 floors. The groud floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with a power shower to get all the sand off your wetsuits.2nd floor is the living room with a nice big tv and a xbox.Also the kitchen with all the mod cons. There another 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs.Neil was a great host happy to help with anything.thanks. We come to Newquay every year and will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable spacious house with a fantastic view

Wow! Just wow!

A beautiful house in a great location over looking fistral beach.

The house was really clean and very welcoming and it was lovely that we could take our dog. The downstairs bathroom was really useful after a day at the beach.

Plenty of space for our large family, and plenty of kitchen utensils etc, this is always handy!

The garden had sun all day, was big enough for us all to sit in.

The view from the house was beautiful and the Cornish sunsets are fantastic.

I left my bag with all my toiletries at the house (5 hour drive away!) and the owners very kindly sent it back which was also a really nice touch.

We would highly recommend coming here, and we will, without a doubt book again

I'd love to be able to give a bad review as we'd like to keep this place secret! This was our second year of holidaying in Neil's house and we loved it as much this year as last.

Fabulous views, comfy furniture, well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, what more could you want? We went away this year with my 12 year old niece, 19 year old step son and his girlfriend and there was plenty of room for us all, the bonus being the downstairs bedroom which comes with its on bathroom and entrance. This enabled the older children to go out and enjoy themselves without disturbing the little one. This year I took for advantage of the washer/drier and came back with very little laundry to do, a big plus. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we'll be looking to book again for next year.

Fantastic location

We have just returned from our stay. The house is located between Fistral and Crantock beaches. The walk to Fistral is around 5 minutes downhill. Crantock is a bit further to walk and also involves 166 steps ( according to my son ) and a crossing of the Gannel river ( ferry at high tide, footbridge at low tide )

The house itself is well equipped and comfortably accommodates 6+ people in 3 bedrooms over 3 floors. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a walk in shower. The utility room houses a freezer and a washing machine. There is also an Xbox to keep the kids amused.

The views across the golf course towards the Headland hotel are stunning. The small enclosed garden does have quite a steep slope which is not ideal for toddlers. Parking can be a bit tight is the covered area at the back but there is also some space around the front.

The small development is behind security gates so there is plenty of privacy. Being quite an old well built building means it also has the advantage of pretty good sound proofing from neighbouring properties.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend the property to anyone who wants to be on the outskirts of the town, but within easy reach of great beaches.

Lovely house great location

Everything about this house was great from the fabulous view of Fistral to the spacious accommodation. The ability to walk to beaches, great restaurants and into town was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay in Newquay and great base to explore the local area. Walk and ferry ride to Crantock Beach. Dinner at Lewinnick Lodge. Day trips to Padstow and Eden Project were just some of the highlights

The property should be considered for its direct access to the beach which is walking distance ,approx 250 mtrs.

The local beaches are suiatble for Surfing,Body-boarding,kite-surfing etc.

The area benefits from coastal walks, a range shopping and banking facilities as well as having an array of fashionable bars and restaurants. There is a bus and railway service to outlining area and Newquay Airport is approximately 7 miles from the town centre.
