4bed/bath holiday home with all modern conveniences, gated access to pool

This 4 bed villa has fabulous sea views from the pool terrace, lounge & roof terrace. Primarily the outside area is on 2 levels, upper level the villa, with gated staircase to pool terrace.

The villa consists of main house, 3 double beds, 2 ensuite shower rooms & 1 bathroom, lounge with separate dining area, and large bright kitchen & seating area, with direct access to a BBQ area and terrace with dining area.

A traditional Naya (covered terrace) with seating again to enjoy an evening cocktail & the sea view. External access leads down to a large double bed room with ensuite shower room, large windows, again to enjoy that view.

There is a large terrace with gated stairs to the spacious pool & terrace below (also with seaview). There is also a lawn, if you or the kids want to play on grass.

There is also WIFI internet, UK,Spanish, French & German TV.

Situated 5 minutes from the Villa, and sheltered from the wind by Cape San Antonio, the Javea -Golf course has a perfect microclimate all the year round, and is located in a wonderful natural setting, surrounded by pinewoods.

The ground is very attractive, with gentle slopes, excellently maintained greens, and wide fairways flanked by pine trees and orange trees. 9 hole and 18 hole par 72 Deisgn: Francisco Moreno Open 1981. The club has a good practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for the youngsters.

The choice of land used has given us wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but greens that are very well protected by the bunkers. As well as the golf holes, the club has a well developed club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, besides the changing room

Located on the slopes of a mountain, the La Sella Golf Club is not a particularly tiring course. It lies next to Montgo natural park, and is surrounded by Mediterranean woodland and hills. Pine trees, orange trees, olives and almonds add colour to the course and, although they are pretty to look at, will cause big problems for less accurate players.

The course has 27 holes and a par of 72. It is varied and thought provoking, and moderate in length and, if you know how to use all of your clubs, you will be able to get a good result. The design of the courses means it is suitable for players of all levels, with the difficulty apparent at the tees. The designer, with the expert help of Jos‚ Maria Olaz bal, designed the course in such a way that if you miss the green, you will need all the virtuosity of the Spanish Champion to save the PAR

The Oliva Nova golf course was designed by Severiano Ballesteros.

The club, which has an 18 hole course, 5 hole par 3 course, practice greens, and driving range, occupies 50 hectares of land adjoining the coast. Almost by nature of its location, the par 72 course measures 6,270 metres in length from the back markers. It has been voted as Severianos best design and water enters into play on 15 out of the 18 holes.

The Oliva Nova Golf has short, medium and long holes as well as right and left hand dog leg fairways, it is a true but fair test for all golfers.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa, it is modern, spacious and light with plenty of space outside, we loved having a choice of terraces, according to whether we wanted sun and solitude or wanted to join the larger gathering. We loved enjoying a cocktail and the spectacular sea view from the top terrace. Bev has really thought of everything, she welcomed us with a drink and basics in the fridge, there was even an extra fridge for drinks, plus bathing towels in the cupboard and a washing machine to keep them fresh. We'll definitely be back.

The villa has been totally reformed to a high standard. The kitchen has been extended & is completely new & modern. The bathrooms are all new .The bedrooms have both Air conditioning & Ceiling Fans.The Garden & upper terrace are separated from the pool by a gate & steps .. making it child friendly & secure. The villa has spectacular sea views from Pool , lounge & a roof terrace, and is only 5 minutes drive from the Arenal beach area. There is a restaurant within walking distance. A car port is available for 2 cars. There is also a separate utility room with 2 washing machines, and cool storage for the wine and a 2nd large fridge..essential for summer TV is available in British, French,German & Spanish plus there is a wifi internet for you to bring your lap tops.

Great villa in a fantastic location. All you need is either in the villa or on your door step. I do not think that there was anything more that we felt that we wanted that was not already there - how often can you say that about a holiday rental.

Totally safe for young children as all the boundary is walled / fenced with a locakble entrance gate and gated pool - good for peace of mind.

Pool towels and a bottle of red wine when you get there - it all makes a difference.

I have basically furnished the villa with everything I myself have in my own home ..& if something is missing , I am only a phone call away as I actually moved here after enjoying many villa rental holidays in Javea.

Lovely place in a fabulous setting

The property is on a hillside location overlooking Arenal. The views were spectacular. The property is a five minute drive from the beach with a great selection of shops, supermarkets and places to eat. You do need a car though because it is a steep climb back up.

The villa is set on several levels, it was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The handbook of information was very useful; Bev clearly know Javea well. It was also reassuring to know the very friendly and helpful owner was only a phone call away if we had any queries or problems - which we did not.

Great atmosphere about the place, we loved our breakfasts and dinners on the terrace just quietly relaxing and having fun with friends soaking up the view.

Disappointing property in need of some TLC.

7 of us had a wonderful two weeks in Javea but were disappointed with this property which is in need of some further investment. The pool areas are tired with crumbling/missing tiles inside and around the pool. There was not enough patio furniture to go round all patio areas and what was there was of a poor white plastic quality and in some cases broken; we even replaced the broken umbrella ourselves. The main house interior is generally fine with upgraded kitchen, dining and lounge areas but some of the bed struts are held in by gaffa tape!! We didn't use the lower bedroom by the pool as there has obviously been a leak at some stage and the room smelled fusty despite two weeks of airing, with stains on the curtains and furniture. The biggest concern is the balcony at the end of the pool which appears weak and potentially dangerous if children were to lean against it pushing it into the road below. I could go on but we would not book this property again. Not the luxury executive property as described in the details.

Preciosa villa y preciosas vistas

Muy cómoda y acogedora. Ideal para ir con niños y con mayores ya que el acceso principal da a la cocina y por ahí se entra al resto de la casa. Para ser ideal necesitaría algo más de luz en el exterior y en la piscina para poder cenar fuera y disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas de la bahía entera. Zona de aparcamiento para dos coches justo en la puerta. Hemos estado en verano, pero en invierno ha de ser también espectacular con la chimenea encendida. Simplemente genial.

A spacious villa with fantastic views - great for a family or group of friends.

The villa was ideal for us - a group of friends getting together over New Year. It was very spacious and a bonus to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the covered terrace area in the evening and sitting on the roof terrace in the morning enjoying the amazing views.

We found it very convenient to be able to walk down the hill into town where there were lots of bars and restaurants and to then get a taxi back in the evening. There aren't any paths alongside the road however so it's not recommended for walking with children. The taxi back from town cost between 6-7euros.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and we used the BBQ on New Years Eve. The pool was very clean, though it was a bit chilly for us to use at this time of the year. We enjoyed some nice warm weather and there were some lovely little sun traps around the garden and terraces.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return to Javea and to this villa.
