The old stone house of a rustic decor as well as a quiet peaceful retreat calls to mind the stern but loving nature that surrounds it. Walking distance to Clinton Lake. Public Hunting and fishing within 1-2 miles.

It features 2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed. Open living room, dining room and kitchen area. Full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, BBQ grill and firepit seating area. Also includes. Kitchen ware: pots and pans, utensils, refrigerator, range, coffee maker, tea maker, microwave; TV/Antenna, DVD player and linens. You will want to bring your own food and drinks with you.

Beautiful, quiet small country town 15-20 minutes to Lawrence, Topeka, Overbrook or Baldwin

NO partying or loud disruptions. Complaints made/cops called, $150 fine. All guest will need to leave by 10:30pm weekdays & 11:30pm weekends

An absolute gem!

A fantastic property! Close proximity to Lake Clinton in a very quiet area. Very well appointed with everything we needed. Sitting out on the porch made the evenings perfect and Lawrence is close enough for meals out. We would highly recommend!

Visiting daughter at college

We ended up getting a hotel room and eating the cost. We’ve used VRBO many times and have never delt with this. Two 53 year old and an 86 year old we’re planning on staying. Relentless inquiries on who was staying prior to our arrival along with the fact that they wouldn’t leave the key for us or give it to my daughter because we were driving in from Co and arriving late (midnightish). Crazy! Anyway Townplace Suites was AMAZING and we had a great time with our KU daughter and her KU Grandpa
