Modern and newly decorated 3/2/2 split floor plan home on canal with boat lift and two car garage in highly sought after neighborhood of Punta Gorda Isles.
Home is decorated with brand new furniture and unique details that reflect true Florida living. Hardwood floors throughout the main living area and Berber carpet in the bedrooms.
Open floor plan includes living room with leather couches and a 65 inch flat screen television. (ALL TV's ARE SMART TV's) There is a separate sitting room just off the main living room with a couch that pulls out into a full size sleeper, ottoman and accent chair.
Open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and bar sitting for two.
Separate laundry room off of kitchen.
The pocket sliding doors in the dining and living room open fully to allow easy access to the covered patio/lanai area that has a conversational seating area, outside bar, 60 inch flat screen television , gas grille and a ring toss game!!!
The screened in pool solar heated and has a customized light that changes with a variety of colors. Also included is an 11 foot lighted resort like umbrella.
Spacious Master bedroom has his and her closets, sitting area with large window,sliding door access to pool and 60 inch flat screen television. The en suite master bath has
double sinks, large soaking tub and a separate, large walk in shower area.
Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, flat screen televisions and walk in closets. One guest bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the pool area.
Down the hall is the spacious cabana bath with shower and tub and access to pool area.

Comfortable home in PGI!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in Punta Gorda. Owner is very accessible and helpful. We will be back! Biking distance to Fisherman’s Village. Having boat lift available a huge plus!

Wonderful Stay

The property exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The property manager was responsive and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful spot to spend our Christmas with family! We look forward to coming back again.

Great vacation property

We spent two weeks at this property. The location is very good and not very touristy compared to many areas we have stayed in previously which made it very laid back. We brought our boat and used the boat lift to make trips to the beach and fishing almost daily if the weather allowed. The house is well equipped and clean. About the only negative comment that we could make would be that we all agreed was that the outside patio furniture was new but was not very comfortable to sit in for very long periods. The property owner was very responsive with any needs. We would certainly recommend and may stay there again when going back to that area.

Beautiful but a bit Misrepresented

This home was beautiful in a great neighborhood. The pool was green with algae and unusable for 11 of the 14 days since his pool company didn't service it well. The kayaks were not safely usable from bay behind this home. Needs a ladder to climb down into. The owner, Mr Johns was very responsive to calls but not really able to help. He has agreed to a small refund and hopeful it will arrive. We did enjoy our stay in this beautiful home, just disappointed some of the amenities listed weren't easily available.
