We are Laramy and Lois Gregory. We live in Maryville, TN at the foothills to the Great Smoky Mountains. We fell in love with Cocoa Beach, FL and decided to purchase a second home here. Why they chose this property
We began vacationing in Cocoa Beach in 2005 when we stayed in our friends Russ and Debbie Covington's Unit, 212. For the last 10 years, our family has been making memories in Cocoa Beach. When Unit 312 came up for purchase last year, we couldn't wait to buy it and and create a place for other families to enjoy this special place on Florida's Space Coast. We hope you will enjoy staying in unit 312, Champion's Cove!
Sandcastle's is the exceptionally well maintained and family friendly. If you plan your trip just right, sometimes you can watch a rocket launch from the beach in front of the complex! There are plenty of places to visit close by that include eco-tourism (kayak and sea dolphins and manatees) or check out one of our favorite local eateries (Simply Delicious or A N.Y. Pizza House). Or visit Walt Disney World just an hour away!

What makes this property unique
We are a "one-off" unit which means you get the best views without the ocean front pricing! We are conveniently located on the 3rd floor which provides you with a great view of the ocean while keeping you close enough to the ground floor so you can quickly make it out to the beach or pool. We also have an elevator close by :-)
Our unit is newly remodeled with beautiful tile floors colored like gray drift wood. The Master Suite is newly furnished with a Tommy Bahama King set. The guest room provides 2 full beds and there is an additional queen pull out sofa in the living room. The dining room features a brand new Tommy Bahama dining set that has a hidden leave in the middle of the table that can comfortably seat 8 for a meal if you have friends staying in the complex.
Our unit has plenty of toys and supplies for you and your family to enjoy your time on the beach. We also have a pack-n'-play for those guests who are traveling with a small child that cannot sleep in a traditional bed just yet. Save the storage space in your vehicle and use the one we provide for you :-)
