AWESOME! NEW LISTING! Charming Cabin w Hot Tub - Euro Feel, Nr Lake

New Hot Tub, New Brazilian Hardwood Deck, Pine Interior, Euro-Feel, 2 B, 2 ba, Cute with Well-stocked, Small Kitchen.
We are in a nice neighborhood with fulltime, working neighbors. There is a Sheriff-enforced 10:30 pm noise curfew ordinance. Reasonable conservative use of the hot tub before 10:30 and definitely quiet after 10:30 pm. Violations will result in significant security deposit loss. If you intend to be loud, please find another place to stay.
2 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds. Downstairs couch pulls out into a full bed with sheets and bedding. Max 6 people, 4 in bedrooms.
All pine walls and unique wood railings. Warm and cozy with propane stove heating. Easy Nest self-learning thermostat controls. Able to heat even in power outage.
Kitchen has stove, oven, basic coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, many pots, pans, plateware and flatware.
Outdoor activities are endless. SUP or Kayak the lake or up the inlet of the N Fk of the Payette just a few miles up the road. We love Cheap Thrills for JetSki or boat or snowmobile rentals. Hike the Bear Basin right up the hill from our place, or Ponderosa St Park, or Brundage Mtn Resort, or summit any number of cool peaks in the area. Biking, tennis, disk golf, bocce, golf, basketball all nearby and public as well.
Winter activity also tremendous. The snowmobile jump off is not far up Warren Wagon road and there is ample parking in between us and the neighbors to fit a trailer (90% all our space.) Alpine at Brundage Mtn (Best Snow in Idaho!) or Little Ski Hill or down to Tamarack. Nordic in Bear Basin or Ponderosa and elsewhere. Year round ice skating at the Manchester Ice Rink. Inner tubing with a lift at the Activity Barn just south of the airport a mile.
You'll be surprised at the number and quality of restaurants in McCall. And if you just have to have a woodburning fire - head to the lobby at the Shore Lodge, sit under the moose, warm your bones and read or cuddle right there. Always open and hot and cold libations in the next room over.

Get Away for family of 5.

Small,clean,and rustic. Loved having a hot tub but the water was a little low. Had to fill it up oursleves . Property managers negotiated a little later checkout. That was a plus.
