Recent villa 'sustainable' construction with a large living room overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and possibility of a bedroom downstairs overlooking the garden. Any comfort: TV, WIFI, chain, electric barbecue, on request tennis table or 2 bikes. Walks on foot starting from the house. Shops at 1km200 in the village of Clarensac. Villa 13km from Nîmes, 45 km from Montpellier, 35 km from the sea. Not overlooked. private swimming pool.

Nice location, property short comings

Although the property was in lovely surroundings it was a shame the internal parts of the property let it down. The man next door who welcomed us to the property was very helpful and did his best. In the two weeks we stayed we were not offered any clean linen or towels, considering it was 35 degrees everyday. The property was not the cleanest we have stayed. I got the feeling that the owner had just got up and walked out the door leaving half open bottle wine in the fridge, opened bottle of water, I have no idea how long it had been there. It's not the worst place we have stayed in but it's certainly in the bottom half. The outdoor pool although was a welcome relief during the hot weather having a tree overhanging one end the pool it was a constant battle keeping it clean. Although we cleaned the property as best as we could when we left I'm well aware that no cleaner was coming in before the next guests were arriving later that day. We were also asked to strip the beds and put them in the washing machine as we were leaving.

Séjour agréable

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La maison correspond bien à l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les équipements proposés comme la machine à lessiver par exemple. L'endroit est à recommander.

Des vacances en famille très agréables grâce en partie à la jolie maison qui est très bien agencée, spacieuse, et la piscine top dans un cadre qui surplombe un petit village typique. un havre de paix

Très agréable séjour dans un cadre reposant, nous avons passé une semaine idyllique, cette maison offre un cadre de vie idéal pour se détendre ,oublier les trépidations de la vie active : une vue dégagée, la piscine dès le petit déjeuner, sans vis à vis, ni voisinage bruyant, hormis le chant des cigales. Sans oublier que Nîmes n'est qu' à une dizaine de kilomètres, la mer à environ 35 kms et Montpellier ou Avignon ne sont pas très éloignés non plus pour celui qui voudrait profiter des manifestations culturelles offertes dans ces lieux. Vraiment, je recommande chaudement cette location d'autant que la propriétaire Elisa, est une personne attentive, disponible ,pleine de ressources et tout à fait charmante .

Superbe villa très confortable : que du bonheur !!

"Maison très agréable et spacieuse idéale pour une grande famille (5/6 personnes) dans un environnement très calme avec magnifique point de vue sur alentours, dans un charmant petit village de l'arrière pays nimois...; Situation idéale pour rayonner à la fois sur les Cévennes, la Camargue et visiter les trésors antiques de Nimes! > Climatisation l'été pas necessaire dans une demeure contemporaine très bien isolée par ailleurs. > Terrasse et grande piscine (prof.maxi 1.30m pour parents soucieux de la sécurité de leurs bambins: la barrière existe mais nous avons préféré une vigilance non stop et le port de gilets "brassière" achetés chez Décathlon)bienvenues pour "farnienter" avec un bon livre !! > Propriétaire charmante et très à l'écoute, qui s'est empressée d'écouter nos doléances concernant l'absence de couverts / vaisselle suffisants pour une famille de 7 pers, et qui a mis à notre disposition une documentation touristique à l'égal d'un office de tourisme!! > seul bémol :nous n'avons pas réussi à la convertir au micro ondes!! > Mais Un vrai régal, nous reviendrons!!
