This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse sleeping 8 people situated near a conservation area which includes a lake. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All towels facecloths pool towels bedding , furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a basic startup of toilet rolls and hand soap provided in each bathroom for the first couple of days, there after it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries to satisfy themselves past the first couple of days There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

This townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse which can sleep up to 8.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Great location, lovely accommodation

We stayed for 2 weeks in October/November, family of 7. The location was absolutely perfect for us, we love to visit Old Town so being able to walk and enjoy a beer or two was great. We didn’t try out the pool facilities so cannot comment, but it did look fabulous. The resort was very easy to navigate to from the airport and distance to all theme parks was ideal. Only a couple of junctions and we could be on route to the parks or beautiful Celebration for a fabulous breakfast in the diner, We thought the resort was incredibly quiet, considering the location we expected it to be fairly noisy but this was definitely not the case. The cost of our stay was superb value and we will not hesitate to book again if we visit in the future,

Personally I think the property needs a little tlc

Upstairs bedroom carpet was dirty, some blinds were broken, one of our party got bed bug bites from downstairs bedroom and had to have steroid injection and medication, management were informed, had to sleep in spare bed

Highly recommend

This was the fourth time I have stayed at Regal Oaks in various properties. I found this to be by-far the best value for money of them all. The property was very clean and the owner great at communicating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Kissimmee

Fantastic licatio

Great Place to stay. Owners went above and beyond during the booking process because of Covid delays, very helpful. We have stayed in Regal Oaks before ina different property but will use this property again, it is handy for travelling to all the parks and walking into Kissimmee Old Town, great onside facilities too, would highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).
