Waterfront modern house close to the beach, offering 3 comfortable bedroom with en suite bathrooms, located at the end of a quiet isle on the Pompano Beach waterways.
The house is sunny and bright, surrounded by tropical foliage, with beautiful views on pool and canal. Large dock welcome boats. Breezy patio with multiple seatings.
It accommodate 6 people (possible +1 in a twin convertible sofa )
All 3 bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds with nice quality cotton bedding (no microfiber or polyester), TV’s and rain showers. The modern master bathroom has a multi jet shower and a stand up soaking bath.
The family room is very convivial with a giant screen tv, ultra comfortable deep seating sofa , a wine bar.
The other living room also features an extra large velvet sofa, providing more space for relaxing time or kids corner.
The fully furnished modern kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and white Italian marble counter top.
The large heated and deep swimming pool features a hot tub and a shallow beach side perfect for kids, and overlooks 125 feet on water, (one fix bridge to the ocean ; 12 feet clearance through lake Santa Barbara). This house has the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation in Sunny Florida..2 bbq’s, an outdoor bar with a mini fridge, 2 kayaks, yoga mats, a wonderful covered patio where guests can enjoy the canal breeze at all time.
Boaters are welcome to dock for the night or more. Booking should be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. The driveway can park two cars. Located in a quiet neighborhood, guests are kindly asked to maintain a decent noise level at night outside. Events are not permitted while renting the house.
This house is also a perfect solution for long term stay . Year lease will be considered. Sublease absolutely not permitted and will be legally addressed.

Amazing house

This house has to be up there with some of the nicest ones we have stayed in. Absolutely spotless and so comfortable inside and out, we had plenty of room to chill when we weren't out and about. The hosts were extremely helpful and very hospitable, always happy to answer any questions we had. Conveniently located for visits to many areas and near supermarkets to keep the food cupboards topped up for the teenagers! Normally I can find some sort of fault, but with this property there really is nothing to complain about. Just wish our time there hadn't gone so quickly, but that is definitely a mark of enjoyment! A huge 5 stars for this place and we will be back.

Fabulous

We stayed at this lovely house for a month and will definitely be back. It is spacious, beautifully fitted out in a contemporary style and had everything we needed. We cooked at home most nights either indoors or using the great BBQ area but there is also a good selection of restaurants locally. We were able to cycle to the beach in about 20 minutes. The outdoor and pool area were fantastic. Lots of comfortable furniture meant we could choose shade or sun, loungers or chairs without having to move furniture around. We fished from the dock and used the Kayaks that were provided. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Bassam and Isabelle were perfect hosts and ensured we had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful Pompano Beach house

We stayed in this beautiful house for 14 days over christmas. We had a great time and our two sons,loved the pool and the canal.The outdoor area was absolutely perfect. The house is in a blind street so it is very quiet it is in good location, very central with short distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. Isabelle was nice and helpful. The house was clean and you find everything you need, to make living easy. We will definitely travel here again and miss it a lot. Walter and family
