The living room is spacious and furnished with originality and style. Restored wooden beams in the living room, ornately painted and true to the original, parquet floors, 10 foot ceilings, carefully restored trim and windows everywhere provide a light and airy sense of comfort on a very quiet street close to shopping, transportation and the finest restaurants. About Ilan and Veronika Morris

My wife and I currently own and manage a total of six Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focusing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment, the four-bedroom 97558).

We also sublease three apartments in lessor and Old Town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.

My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and her experience in this sector has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style, using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.

We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’ format which is standard in many holiday-let apartments in Prague.

We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity.

Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing. Since we started in 2008 our six apartments have acquired 360 five star reviews on HomeAway and average five stars across two other major sites with additional 300 reviews.

In future we would like to expand our portfolio taking on more renovation projects which focus on converting historical apartments into high-performing holiday rentals. All our renovations aim to capture the spirit and character of the building/ apartment being restored and we only take on projects where we feel this can be achieved to the highest end.

Wonderful Property!

This apartment was perfect for our trip. It is very convenient to the Old Town, Charles Bridge and Castle, yet very quiet. We found the apartment to be very well maintained and working with Ilan and Veronika was very easy - from the reservation through check-out. The entire apartment was wonderful, but the kitchen and living room were just great. I must say that meeting the check-in process was very easy and helpful. Vojtech met us at the apartment and made sure we had all our questions answered and provided great local suggestions. We hope to return soon and spend more time!

What an amazing property!

We stayed here for about a week and could not have picked a better location! We were a little concerned about it being too near the crowds around Charles Bridge, but it is tucked around the corner, away from the main thoroughfare and is very quiet! The bedrooms open up onto a small river inlet so there is no street/pedestrian traffic noise at night. The living/dining/kitchen areas are wide open, spacious and the entire place was very clean and very secure.

Ilan is very professional, helpful and easy to work with. He gave us great information, resources and travel tips when we checked in. We enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants that he recommended. Ilan arranged a ride for us to the airport when we departed, which I highly recommend. The driver was prompt, courteous and very friendly, at a reasonable fare and it was a nice, stress free way to end our visit.

Amazing location, very spacious, clean and responsive owners.

Apartment was a great location on a quite street within easy walking distance to all main sites. There is a great bakery just a few does down, go right out of the apartment, and another nice restaurant at the end of that street (also to the right) with great wine and views of Charles Bridge. Noi is a great Thai restaurant within 10-15 mins walk.

The apartment was very spacious and was 1 full bath (toilet had separate door) and a half bath. Plenty of towels and good washer/dryer. It worked well for 2 friends traveling, but would also be good for a family. It had great views from both bedrooms overlooking a mote.

Ilan arranged a taxi for us on at least 2 occasions. I recommend using his airport transport as it is a black car with white glove service. Great place!

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We spent 5 nights in this well appointed spacious apartment while we saw the sights of Prague. The location could not be better, easy walking to many sights and the tram and metro close by. We could walk out in the evenings to a range of local bars and restaurants yet the area is quiet at night. The hosts arranged our transport from the airport and we were given an excellent welcome and run down on the apartment and things to do in Prague including restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself had everything we could need, including a very good washer and dryer, plenty of towels and washing powder, soap and even coffee for the coffee machine! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Prague.

Beautifully reconstructed two bedroom apartment in Mala Strana, the oldest quarter of Prague. Walk to everything. The area abounds in the finest restaurants, and shopping. Just around the corner from a transportation hub, you are within minutes of everything in Prague on the inexpensive, fast and clean public transportation system.
