The home design merges indoors with outdoors as the main floor is an open design with high ceilings that opens to a large covered lanai for relaxing or entertaining. The comfortably furnished lanai overlooks a salt water infinity pool and has panoramic ocean and shoreline views that perfectly capture year round sunsets. You won't want to leave the lanai!

Six hundred foot elevation ensures daytime ocean breezes naturally circulate through the home with afternoon and evening breezes and near perfect temperatures year round. Ceiling fans are located throughout the home.

The large great room, with leather furnishings, comes equipped with an HD TV, cable programming and free hi-speed wifi internet. The well-equipped kitchen features both a convection oven and cook top along with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom, highlights a king bed, ensuite luxury bathroom and 2 balconies that open to sweeping ocean views and comfortable sea breezes. The additional full bathroom and 2 bedrooms are located off of the upper level sitting area. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed. All bedrooms have ample windows for light and cool breezes.

Great location fantastic view

This home was exactly as described. Only 10 miles from the airport and 2.5 miles from town. The infinity pool was excellent and the sunsets amazing. Sitting out in the covered lani was everyone’s favorite spot. Internet and cell service were excellent.

Great vacation place

We really enjoyed our stay and looking for a chalet style setting this is the place. No need for AC in November for us . Located in proximity to airport 20 min away and shopping 10-15 min.

Amazing place!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. What a great property! We also enjoyed the little touches as well - basic spices provided, beach chairs and more. We will definitely put this house on our go to list!
