Excellent séjour

Appartement très agréable - décoré avec goût. Vue magnifique. Emplacement idéal en face de la plage et près du centre mais loin du bruit. Très bien équipé. Nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer si nous devions revenir à La Baule prochainement.

Prachtige ligging en uitzicht

Het appartement ligt in een mooie buurt, met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de zee. Er ligt een wandelpromenade voor de deur, dus geen autoverkeer. Alles is te voet of met de fiets bereikbaar. Inrichting een beetje verouderd, maar het appartement zelf is licht en luchtig.

Bel appartement bien équipé

Situé dans la meilleure partie de la Baule, esplanade Benoit (plage à 10 mètres de l'entrée de l'immeuble sans route à traverser), nous avons séjourné cet été avec nos 2 enfants dans cet appartement avec vue imprenable sur la baie de La Baule. L'appartement, refait à neuf récemment, est spacieux et très bien équipé (literie impeccable, appareils ménagers, wifi, ...) avec un large balcon sur lequel on peut dej / diner en contemplant la vue. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. En prime : bon accueil et suivi du propriétaire.

Emplacement merveilleux !

Emplacement idéal, vue incroyable, aménagement parfait, l’appartement est propre, et très lumineux, la literie est très confortable, tout est parfait. Le propriétaire et la gardienne sont facilement joignables et répondent vite. Un point négatif ? Les voisins du dessus (chien et enfants) étaient bruyants tout en restant acceptable. Nous pourrions y retourner avec grand plaisir !

Situation de l'appartement exceptionnelle

Le propriétaire est adorable et réactif ,la personne qui nous a accueillis très disponible et souriante . L appartement est vaste,baigné de lumiere et de soleil partout et c est très important meme quand le temps n est pas trop clement pour profiter du moindre rayon de soleil .La vue sur la mer est magnifique, la plage est à 2 pas sans route à traverser...La terrasse est grande , ensoleillée..Bref un appartement où l atmosphère est à la zenitude..Je le conseille bien évidemment
