Casa Aguila is a beautiful open plan holiday home with the style, quality and location for a perfect holiday. The contemporary furnished lounge has cream leather sofas and large patio doors lead to the sun terrace and pool. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has absolutely everything to make a 'quick snack' or a 'four course dinner'.The master bedroom enjoys views over the terrace and pool and has an ensuite bathroom consisting of bath, shower, two washbasins and WC. The large second bedroom has twin beds and the family bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The large south facing private sun terrace enjoys the sun all day and into the evening and includes a partially shaded area perfect for relaxed alfresco dining by the pool with the benefit of a large built-in BBQ. Come and have a holiday in our home - we're sure you will return again & again!

Fantastic well appointed villa in Play Blance

We booked this villa for 13 Dec to 27 Dec 2015. We have been to PB several times before over the Christmas period and know the area fairly well. We chose the villa because we like the Las Colorados end of PB and we thought it looked a lot nicer than the usual holiday let. It's about a twenty minute nice gentle walk to the marina - 5 mins to the supermarket.

It was lovely - more like a home than just a holiday rental - eg comfy sofas, nice dining table, great living kitchen dining space. A big plus was the size, aspect and privacy of the villa and the terrace. Because it is a roof terrace it is very private, very spacious and lovely to sit out day and evening.

The pool was a great size and the pool heating worked well.

Andrew and Julia have a good selection of dvds and CDs, there were two hairdryers, nice towels and beach towels - sounds like small things but all this makes it better equipped than many and saves on your luggage.

Nice en-suite and good second bathroom.

They have done and are doing a lot of upgrading which meant the property was in good condition. Very well cared for.Instructions were clear and worked perfectly. Couldn't work the telly on the first night and Whatsapp'd Andrew and he called immediately and sorted it straight away. Very helpful and friendly.

Very good barbeque set up. We chose this year to do a lot of our own cooking and only eat out occasionally - only small comment was that could do with a few better pans ( paella pan???) but I know that very many people do not eat in and all the restaurants are good.

Definitely the best villa we have stayed in and we look forward to going back.

A great place for a family holiday

Thanks very much for a lovely holiday. The villa was great and perfect size for the four of us. There is an outdoor area with pool and bbq, TV and Internet.

It is a short distance to papagayo beach and a 30 min walk or so to the Marina. It is possible to hire bikes or even a Segway near by.

Spacious and peaceful

Truly lovely villa which had all you could need - a real home from home. . It is set among many similar villas that are nicely landscaped and although on the 'edge' of Los Colorades is walkable to papagayo beach and 30 min walk to the marina which suited us fine. We had a car in any event which is useful in this location but Taxis are cheap and easy anyway. Views are lovely the nights are peaceful and quiet. We truly loved it here and we've stayed many times in lanzarote - it was a real 'find'

Villa is bigger than expected, very clean and tidy

Villa is lovely with all the normal home comforts. Outside lovely and spacious with lots of furniture and great pool. A car is advised as it's quite a walk to marina and all the lovely restaurants.

Lovely relaxing time .

The property is just as advertised, well furnished ,spotlessly clean , well equipped. The outside space is fantastic, sun beds , seating area and a great sofa for relaxing in the shade. There is a great supermarket about 5 mins walk and a couple of small bars . The Marina is about 15 mins walk on a lovely coastal path great for an evening stroll and the Marina offers a wide range of restaurants and bars . we had a week of complete relaxation in peace and quiet . Perfect .

What a find, would definitely return

We had such a lovely week at Casa Aguilla. We would definitely go back. Nicely done out, everything you needed at your finger tips, so much so that we spent most of the week hanging out! And the luxury of having our own pool, that was fabulous.

The service from the owners was great. Plenty of information, good response times to emails and questions, and swift repayment of deposit.

The villa was clean, and very well presented. We met one of the guys responsible for this when he came to clean the pool, a very pleasant, helpful and amenable chap. When we had trouble with the kettle, it was replaced within a couple of hours.

Driving into the Marina was easy, five minutes drive. We did walk it a couple of times, about a thirty minute walk along the seafront at a leisurely pace. Lovely views, a few cocktails, taxi back. The taxi cost about €4

But there are a couple of bars, cafes, restaurant down near the best supermarket for meat, Ropers which is only 5 minutes walk. The pizzas were great.

We had probably 4 barbecues in a week as is our want!

Weren't as taken with Playa, but that want what we were looking for in our holiday, the Marina Rubicon is much more our thing!

All in all, loved it!

Situated 90 miles from the West Coast of Africa, Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands renowned for its year round climate.
